Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki analisis segi ekonomi serta komposisi desain teroptimal pada Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Hibrid Piko Hidro-Susunan Fotovoltaik dengan memakai perangkat lunak HOMER Pro versi 3.14.2. Pengaplikasian sistem Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Hibrid (PLTH) bisa menangani Pemadaman Sistem distribusi listrik PLN di wilayah sekitar Sungai Citarum Kelurahan Pasawahan Kecamatan Dayeuhkolot Kabupaten Bandung dan dapat meningkatkan keandalan sistem. Dari analisis yang sudah dilaksanakan, ditemukan ketersediaan debit bulanan air Sungai Citarum dengan mengaplikasikan metode rumus cekung Q = 6,98(H – 1,39)^2,004 pada program Neo Perdas yaitu debit andalan 80% adalah 81,94 L/s dengan titik jatuh air 5 m bisa memutar turbin air sehingga daya yang dibangkitkan adalah 3,211 kW. Sedangkan daya yang dibangkitkan oleh sistem susunan fotovoltaik adalah 166 kWh/yr dengan 16 x 32 panel surya 320 WP, 6 baterai dengan kapasitas 6 x 100 kWh dan 9 inverter dengan kapasitas adalah 9 x 10 kW. Berdasarkan simulasi HOMER komposisi desain sistem PLTH teroptimal yang dapat diaplikasikan di wilayah sekitar Sungai Citarum Kelurahan Pasawahan Kecamatan Dayeuhkolot Kabupaten Bandung berdasarkan semua anggaran terendah yang dipakai pada pembangunan komponen dari instalasi hingga pengoperasian suatu proyek atau Total Net Present Cost (NPC) terendah adalah gabungan dari piko hidrosusunan fotovoltaik-bank baterai-inverter 2 arah. Pada komposisi sistem teroptimal ini, piko hidro mengontribusi sekitar 7,309 kWh/yr, susunan fotovoltaik sekitar 219,364 kWh/yr, Total NPC sekitar - Rp.147.352.147,54, Levelized COE sekitar -Rp.50,30/kWh, beban listrik per tahun yang disuplai sekitar 60.386 kWh dengan kelebihan energi sekitar 149,529 kWh/yr, akibatnya PLTH bisa menyuplai listrik rumah tangga serta sarana sosial di wilayah sekitar Sungai Citarum tersebut. This study investigates the economic analysis and the optimal design composition of the Pico Hydro-Photovoltaic Array Hybrid Power Plant using the HOMER Pro software version 3.14.2. The application of the Hybrid Power Plant (PLTH) system can handle blackouts in the PLN electricity distribution system in the area around the Citarum River, Pasawahan Village, Dayeuhkolot District, Bandung Regency and can improve system reliability. From the analysis that has been carried out, it was found that the availability of the monthly debit of Citarum River water by applying the concave formula method Q = 6.98(H – 1.39)^2.004 in the Neo Perdas program, namely the 80% mainstay discharge is 81.94 L/s with a point falling water 5 m can rotate a water turbine so that the power generated is 3,211 kW. Meanwhile, the power generated by the photovoltaic array system is 166 kWh/yr with 16 x 32 solar panels of 320 WP, 6 battery with a capacity of 6 x 100 kWh and 9 inverters with a capacity of 9 x 10 kW. Based on the HOMER simulation, the composition of the optimal hybrid power plant system design that can be applied in the area around the Citarum River, Pasawahan Village, Dayeuhkolot District, Bandung Regency based on all the lowest budgets used in the construction of components from installation to operation of a project or the lowest Total Net Present Cost (NPC) is a combination of Pico hydro-photovoltaic array-battery bank-inverter 2 way. In this optimal system composition, Pico hydro contributes about 7,309 kWh/yr, photovoltaic array is around 219,364 kWh/yr, Total NPC is around -Rp. 147,352,147.54, Levelized COE around -Rp.54.30/kWh, the annual electricity load supplied is around 60,386 kWh with an excess of 149,529 kWh/yr, as a result, hybrid Power plant system can supply household electricity and social facilities in the area around the Citarum River.
