Abstract
SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi adalah salah satu sekolah menengah kejuaruan swasta yang berada di daerah Cimahi. Salah satu bentuk keberhasilan sekolah dapat dilihat dari tingkat kepuasan siswanya. Kepuasan siswa dapat terwujud apabila sekolah memberikan layanan yang berkualitas sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan harapan siswa. Namun, siswa di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi masih banyak yang mengeluh mengenai kurang pahamnya penjelasan dari guru. Kondisi tersebut menunjukan bahwa kinerja guru dalam melayani siswa, belum sepenuhnya dapat memberikan kepuasan. Didukung dengan hasil survey kepuasan pelanggan terhadap aspek layanan pembelajaran oleh guru di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi berada pada kriteria cukup. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan dari fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi menunjukkan kondisi siswa kurang puas. Salah satunya disebabkan oleh kurang optimalnya kualitas layanan pembelajaran yang diberikan oleh guru, sehingga penelitian ini hendak mengkaji seberapa besar pengaruh mutu layanan pembelajaran terhadap kepuasan siswa jurusan otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Untuk memecahkan permasalah tersebut peneliti menggunakan teori Total Quality Management (TQM) in Education yang dikemukakan oleh Edward Sallis sebagai grand theory dalam penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey eksplanasi, dengan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, yang disebarkan kepada 77 orang siswa jurusan otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran kelas XI dan XII yang merupakan populasi dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa besarnya pengaruh mutu layanan pembelajaran terhadap kepuasan siswa jurusan OTKP di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi ditunjukan oleh hasil penelitian bahwa mutu layanan pembelajaran membawa implikasi yang positif terhadap kepuasan siswa. Atas dasar itu maka kepuasan siswa dapat dioptimalkan dan ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan mutu layanan pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Mutu Layana Pembelajaran, Kepuasan Siswa Pasundan 1 Cimahi vocational high school is one of the private vocational high schools located in the Cimahi area. One form of school success can be seen from the level of student satisfaction. Student satisfaction can be realized when the school provides quality services to the needs and expectations of students. However, many students at the Pasundan 1 Cimahi vocational high school still complain about not understanding the teacher's explanation. These conditions indicate that the performance of teachers in serving students has not been fully able to provide satisfaction. Supported by the results of a customer satisfaction survey on aspects of learning services by teachers at the Vocational High School Pasundan 1 Cimahi, the criteria are sufficient. Thus it can be said from the phenomena that occur indicate the condition of students is not satisfied. One of them is caused by the less than optimal quality of learning services provided by teachers, so they try to examine how much influence the quality of learning services has on student satisfaction in automation and office governance at the Vocational High School Pasundan 1 Cimahi. To solve this problem, the researcher uses the theory of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Education which was proposed by Edward Sallis as the grand theory in this study. The research method used is an explanatory survey, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed to 77 students majoring in automation and office management class XI and XII who are the population in this study. Data analysis using simple regression using t-test. The results showed that the magnitude of the influence of the quality of learning services on student satisfaction in OTKP at the Vocational High School Pasundan 1 Cimahi which was demonstrated by the results of the study that the quality of learning services brought a positive impact on satisfaction. On that basis, student satisfaction can be increased and improved by improving the quality of learning services. Keywords: Quality of Learning Services, student satisfaction
