Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi temuan dan pemahaman kondisi bahwa: 1) Untuk mewujudkan sekolah yang mampu memenuhi tujuannya dalam mewujudkan prestasi siswa, 2) dibutuhkan manajemen sekolah efektif, yang didukung oleh 3) budaya sekolah yang kondusif dan 4) kepemimpinan visioner dari kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mix method dengan pendekatan sequential explanatory. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) di Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh gambaran bahwa: 1) Kepala sekolah berperan menciptakan, merumuskan, mentransfromasikan, dan mengimplementasikan visi dengan baik. 2) Perwujudan visi sekolah dipengaruhi oleh penerapan budaya sekolah. 3) Kepemimpinan visioner memiliki hubungan positif dengan budaya sekolah. 4) Kepemimpinan visioner dan budaya sekolah memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap terbentuknya manajemen sekolah efektif. 5) Manajemen sekolah efektif dapat menciptakan prestasi siswa, baik di bidang akademik maupun non akademik. 6) Keterpaduan budaya sekolah, kepemimpinan visioner, dan manajemen sekolah efektif dituangkan dalam model pembelajaran berbasis kasih sayang (afektif). Kata kunci : budaya sekolah, kepemimpinan, prestasi siswa, sekolah efektif ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the findings and understanding of the conditions that: 1) To create a school that is able to achieve its goals in realizing student achievement, 2) effective school management is needed, which is supported by 3) a supportive school culture and 4) visionary leadership from the principal. This study uses a mix method method with a sequential explanatory approach. The sample in this study was the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) in West Java. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) The principal has a basic role in creating, formulating, transforming, and implementing the school vision. 2) The realization of the school's vision is influenced by the application of school culture. 3) Visionary leadership has a positive relationship with school culture. 4) Visionary leadership and school culture have a positive and significant relationship to the implementation of effective school management. 5) Effective school management can create student achievement, both in academic and non-academic fields. 6) The integration of school culture, visionary leadership, and effective school management is outlined in the affective-based learning model.
