Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perilaku seksual menyimpang yang terlihat pada anak dengan hambatan kecerdasan sedang yang disebabkan karena anak tidak diberikan pembelajaran pendidikan seksual yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan baik di rumah maupun di sekolah. Masalah pada anak tersebut dapat ditangani dengan diberikan pembelajaran pendidikan seksual yang sesuai dengan kemampuan, hambatan, dan kebutuhan belajarnya sehingga anak tidak terus-menerus terjerumus ke dalam penyimpangan dan dapat menjaga dirinya baik dalam hal menghindarkan diri dari menjadi korban ataupun pelaku penyimpangan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah tersusunnya program pembelajaran pendidikan seksual etika memandang teman sejenis dan lawan jenis bagi anak dengan hambatan kecerdasan sedang di SLB C Terate. Materi yang difokuskan dalam program pembelajaran pendidikan seksual ialah mengenai etika memandang teman sejenis dan lawan jenis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Program pembelajaran pendidikan seksual etika memandang teman sejenis dan lawan jenis disusun berdasarkan profil perilaku anak dengan hambatan kecerdasan sedang dan proses pelaksanaan pendidikan seksual yang telah dilaksanakan selama ini di sekolah. Program pembelajaran yang telah disusun kemudian divalidasi oleh 3 ahli dalam bidang pendidikan khusus dan diuji coba oleh guru dan anak di sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba, program pembelajaran pendidikan seksual etika memandang teman sejenis dan lawan jenis dapat dilaksanakan oleh guru dan subjek dengan langkah-langkah yang sesuai. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini secara teoritis yakni dapat memberikan referensi dalam menyusun program pembelajaran pendidikan seksual di sekolah bagi anak dengan hambatan kecerdasan, kemudian secara praktis penelitian ini dapat dijadikan panduan operasional dalam melaksanakan program pembelajaran pendidikan seksual etika memandang teman sejenis dan lawan jenis, juga bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat menguji efektivitas untuk memperkuat hasil penelitian. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Seksual, Anak dengan Hambatan Kecerdasan, etika memandang teman sejenis dan lawan jenis ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the deviant sexual behavior seen in children with intellectual disability because children are not given sexual education lessons that are appropriate to their needs both at home and at school. Problems in these children can be handled by being given sexual education lessons that are by their abilities, disability, and learning needs so that children do not continue to fall into deviations and can take care of themselves both in terms of avoiding being victims or perpetrators of deviance. The purpose of this research is to arrange a sexual education learning program on ethics looking at friends of the same sex and the opposite sex for children with intellectual disability at SLB C Terate. The subject focused on in the sexual education learning program is about the ethics of looking at friends of the same sex and the opposite sex. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative research method, with interview and observation techniques. The ethical sexual education learning program looks at friends of the same sex and the opposite sex based on the behavioral profile of children with intellectual disability and the process of implementing sexual education that has been implemented so far in schools. The learning program that has been prepared was then validated by 3 experts in the field of special education and tested by teachers and children at school. Based on the test results, the ethical sexual education learning program views same-sex friends and the opposite sex can be implemented by teachers and subjects with appropriate steps. The recommendation from this research theoretically is that it can provide a reference in preparing sexual education learning programs in schools for children with intellectual disabilities, then practically this research can be used as an operational guide in implementing sexual education learning programs on ethics looking at friends of the same sex and the opposite sex, as well as for researchers can further test the effectiveness to strengthen research result.
