Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana: 1) gambaran tingkat organizational citizenship, tingkat kompetensi, dan tingkat kinerja karyawan 2) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan 4) pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jumlah populasi pada objek penelitian ini sebanyak 308 karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan slovin, dan jumlah penyebaran kuesioner kepada 76 responden disesuaikan dengan Teknik slovin. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) tingkat Organizational citizenship behavior, tingkat kompetensi, dan tingkat kinerja karyawan di Departemen Digital Marketing PT. Shafira Laras Persada berada pada kategori tinggi. 2) Organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif fan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Departemen Digital Marketing PT. Shafira laras 3) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Departemen Digital Marketing PT. Shafira Laras Persada, 4) Secara bersama-sama Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Departemen Digital Marketing PT. Shafira Laras Persada Kata kunci: Organizational citizenship behavior, Kompetensi, Kinerja Karyawan. This study aims to find out how: 1) describe the level of organizational citizenship, competency level, and employee performance level 2) the effect of competence on employee performance, 3) the effect of competence on employee performance, and 4) the influence of organizational citizenship behavior and competence on employee performance. The total population in this research object is 308 employees with the sampling technique using slovin, and the number of questionnaires distributed to 76 respondents is adjusted to the slovin technique. The data analysis technique used multiple regression and t test. The results of the study show 1) the level of Organizational citizenship behavior, the level of competence, and the level of employee performance in the Digital Marketing Department of PT. Shafira Laras Persada is in the high category. 2) Organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect on employee performance in the Digital Marketing Department of PT. Shafira Laras 3) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Digital Marketing Department of PT. Shafira Laras Persada, 4) Together, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and competence have a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the Digital Marketing Department of PT.
