Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji penguasaan konsep dan kreativitas siswa pada materi larutan elektrolit dan non elektrolit melalui pembelajaran RADEC. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di kota Cimahi Jawa Barat dengan menggunakan sampel kelas X yang berjumlah 48 Orang. Metode yang digunakan metode quasi eksperiment one group pretest-posttest design. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes tertulis pilihan ganda yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli dalam hal ini dosen pembimbing dan dua orang guru kimia, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan angket wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran RADEC dapat meningkatkan penguasaan konsep peserta didik dengan katagori sedang. Peserta didik senang dan termotivasi dalam mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan model yang diimplementasikan. Selain itu, tingkat kreativitas muncul cukup baik saat pengerjaan mini proyek dalam tahap create. Keyword: Konsep, kreativitas, model pembelajaran RADEC ABSTRACT This research was conducted to examine the mastery of concepts and creativity of students in electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution materials through RADEC learning.. This research was conducted in one of the Vocational High Schools (SMK) in the city of Cimahi, West Java, using a sample of class X, amounting to 48 people. The method used is a quasi-experimental one group pretest-posttest design method. The instruments used were multiple-choice written tests, learning implementation observation sheets and interview questionnaires. The results of the pretest and posttest were processed by determining the value of N-gain to determine the increase in mastery of concepts. While the creativity of students is obtained from the results of observations. The results showed that the implementation of the RADEC learning model could increase the students' mastery of concepts in the medium category . Students are happy and motivated in participating in learning using the implemented model. In addition, the level of creativity appears quite well when working on a mini project in the create stage.
