Abstract

Pendidikan inklusif adalah strategi untuk memberikan pendidikan berkualitas yang menjangkau semua anak dengan memberikan pelayanan sesuai kebutuhannya dan tidak diskriminatif untuk dapat belajar bersama dengan teman sebaya di lingkungan yang sama. Dengan demikian, pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif harus mulai diberikan dari tingkat pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD). Namun, fakta menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan PAUD inklusif masih sangat rendah karena masalah dalam hal pendidik yang tidak memadai untuk memberikan layanan pendidikan yang berkualitas kepada semua anak sehingga mereka masih membutuhkan perhatian khusus dan penangan dari berbagai pihak untuk mengembangkan kompetensinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pengembangan kompetensi guru di PG-TK Islam Ibnu Sina menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PG-TK Islam Ibnu Sina melakukan tahap perencanaan dengan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengembangan berdasarkan hasil evaluasi sebelumnya. Pelaksanaan pengembangan kompetensi guru di PG-TK Islam Ibnu Sina dilakukan secara rutin, yaitu: kegiatan in-service training di awal semester, kegiatan rutin dalam jabatan setiap hari Rabu pukul 14.00 diantaranya: Kegiatan FGD, konseling psikolog, pembekalan keagamaan, in-service training agenda bulanan. Selain itu, ada kegiatan lain seperti kegiatan konseling, kegiatan in-house training, dan kegiatan bedah buku. Evaluasi yang dilakukan adalah evaluasi program, evaluasi kinerja guru. Hasil yang diperoleh guru dari kegiatan rutin yang dilaksanakan dapat menambah pemahaman dan keterampilan mereka untuk memberikan layanan pendidikan dalam lingkungan pendidikan inklusif. Hasil penelitian direkomendasikan bagi guru, lembaga PAUD, dan pihak terkait untuk lebih memperhatikan pengembangan kompetensi guru secara berkelanjutan diiringi evaluasi dan tindak lanjut agar dapat memberikan layanan pendidikan berkualitas. Inclusive education is a strategy to provide quality education that reaches all children by providing services as needed and is not discriminatory to be able to learn together with peers in the same environment. Thus the implementation of inclusive education must begin to be given from the level of early childhood education (PAUD). However, the fact that the implementation of inclusive PAUD is still very low due to problems in terms of educators who are not adequate to provide quality education services to all children so that they still need special attention and handlers from various parties to develop teacher competence. This research aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of teacher competency development in PG-TK Islam Ibnu Sina using a case study approach with interview data collection techniques and documentation. The results showed that PG-TK Islam Ibn Sina conducted the planning stage by identifying development needs and planning activities according to the results of identification. The implementation of teacher competency development in PG-TK Islam Ibn Sina is carried out regularly, namely: in service training activities at the beginning of the semester, Routine activities in the office must be carried out every wednesday at 14:00 including: FGD activities between teachers, principals, and inclusion teams, psychologist counseling activities, religious debriefing activities, monthly agenda in service training activities. In addition, there are also other activities such as counseling activities, in-house training activities, and book surgery activities. The evaluation carried out is the evaluation of the program, the evaluation of teacher performance. The results obtained by teachers from regularly provided development activities can add to their insights and skills to provide quality educational services to children in an inclusive educational environment.
