Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh deskripsi faktual mengenai konsepsi guru sekolah dasar tentang Profil Pelajar Pancasila, bagaimana strategi pengimplementasian Profil Pelajar Pancasila di sekolah dasar, dan apa saja yang menjadi faktor pendukung dan penghambat terealisasikannya Profil Pelajar Pancasila di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode fenomenologi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru sekolah dasar di kecamatan Watukumpul Pemalang. Sedangkan untuk teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah wawancara, dan instrumen penelitiannya adalah human instrumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa guru-guru tersebut sudah mengetahui mengenai Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan mereka menjelaskannya berdasarkan tafsiran atau konsepsi mereka masing-masing. Para guru juga disini menyebutkan karakter apa saja yang ada di dalamnya yaitu, Beriman dan bertakwa Kepada Tuhan YME serta berakhlak mulia, Berkebinekaan global, Gotong royong, Mandiri, Berfikir kritis, dan kreatif. Selain itu para guru dalam penelitian ini juga sudah memiliki strategi sendiri untuk mengiplementasikan Profil Pelajar Pancasila seperti melalui kebijakan yang ada di sekolah, melakukan pembiasaan seperti gotong royong, berdoa sebelum memasuki kelas, dan melalui kegiatan Pramuka, serta peringatan hari besar nasional dan agama agama. Faktor pendukung terealisasikannya Profil Pelajar Pancasila di sekolah dasar yaitu kerjasama orangtua dan guru, lingkungan, kurikulum, serta optimalisasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Sedangkan untuk faktor penghambat adalah sarana dan prasarana yang tidak memadai, kemajuan teknologi yang belum merata, dan lingkungan. The purpose of this study is to obtain a factual description of the conception of elementary school teachers about the Pancasila Student Profile, how to implement the Pancasila Student Profile in elementary schools, and what are the supporting and hindering factors for the realization of this Pancasila Student Profile in elementary schools. This study used a phenomenological method with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were elementary school teachers in the Watukumpul sub-district, Pemalang. Meanwhile, the data collection technique were interviews, and the research instrument is the human instrument. The results of this study indicated that these teachers already know about the Pancasila Student Profile and they explain it based on their respective interpretations or conceptions. The teachers here also mentioned what characters are in it, namely, having faith and piety to God Almighty and having noble character, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical thinking, and creative. In addition, the teachers in this study also had their own strategies for implementing the Pancasila Student Profile, such as through implementation of policies in schools, implimentation of habitustion such as mutual cooperation, praying before entering class, and extracurricular activities theorugh scouting activities, and commemoratiion of nastional and religious holidays. In this study, the teachers also mentioneded several supporting factors for the realization of the Pancasila Student Profile in elementary schools, including parent-teacher collaboration, environment, curriculum, and optimization in learning activities. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are inadequate facilities and infrastructure, uneven technological progress, and the environment.
