Abstract

Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan, kecerdasan menghadapi tantangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha baik secara tidak langsung yaitu melalui efikasi diri sebagai variabel mediasi. Dengan penelitian bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan menghadapi rintangan terhadap niat berwirausaha. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan, kecerdasan menghadapi tantangan dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa efikasi diri memberikan pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap minat berwirausaha yang akan diperolehnya. Analisis data menggunakan bantuan aplikasi Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) melalui program AMOS versi 22. . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Kecerdasan Menghadapi Tantangan berpengaruh positif terhadap Efikasi diri. semakin tinggi Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Kecerdasan Menghadapi Tantangan yang dirasakan mahasiwa maka semakin tinggi efikasi diri. 2). Pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, kecerdasan menghadapi tantangan dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap Intensi Kewirausahaan. Hasil uji hipotesis mengenai pendidikan kewirausahaan, kecerdasan menghadapi tantangan dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi kewirausahaan diperoleh nilai Signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan, kecerdasan menghadapi tantangan dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi kewirausahaan. 3). Terdapat perbedaan intensi berwirausaha dari aspek gender. 4). Terdapat perbedaan intensi berwirausha dari aspek latar belakang keluarga. With research that there is a positive and significant relationship between intelligence facing obstacles to entrepreneurial intentions. So it can be concluded that entrepreneurship education, intelligence to face challenges and self-efficacy have a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. This study reveals that self-efficacy has an indirect effect on the interest in entrepreneurship that will be obtained. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) application through AMOS version 22 program. . The results of this study indicate that: 1). Intelligence in Facing Challenges has a positive effect on self-efficacy. The higher the Entrepreneurship and Intelligence Education in Facing the Challenges felt by the students, the higher the self-efficacy. 2). The influence of entrepreneurship education, intelligence to face challenges and self-efficacy have a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions. The results of hypothesis testing regarding entrepreneurship education, intelligence to face challenges and self-efficacy have a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions, obtained a significance value of 0.000. This shows that entrepreneurship education, intelligence to face challenges and self-efficacy have a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. 3). There are differences in entrepreneurial intentions from the gender aspect. 4). There are differences in entrepreneurial intentions from the aspect of family background.
