Abstract
Adanya Pandemi Covid-19 membuat segala sektor baik di bidang ekonomi maupun sosial terdampak secara luar biasa. Wakaf uang sebagai salah satu filantropi Islam dapat memainkan perannya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Hal ini disebabkan potensi yang dimiliki wakaf uang sangat besar di Indonesia karena mayoritas adalah beragama Muslim, khususnya Bandung Raya sebagai metropolitan Jawa Barat. Namun, peran wakaf uang saat Pandemi Covid-19 realisasinya belum mampu memaksimalkan potensi yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat intensi berwakaf uang masyarakat muslim di Bandung Raya saat Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini mengkaji model teori besar, yaitu teori tindak beralasan (TRA) dengan tambahan tingkat Religiositas dan kepercayaan terhadap lembaga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif kausalitas. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS v. 3.2.9. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat muslim di Bandung Raya dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 210 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap, norma subjektif, tingkat religiositas dan kepercayaan tehadap lembaga ada pada kategori tinggi. Terdapat empat variabel yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intensi masyarakat muslim di Bandung Raya untuk berwakaf uang saat Pandemi Covid-19 yaitu sikap, norma subjektif, tingkat religiositas dan kepercayaan tehadap lembaga. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah diharapkan dapat memberikan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan terkait ekonomi dan keuangan Islam, yaitu di bidang filantropi Islam terkait wakaf uang. The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted all sectors, both in the economic and social fields. Cash waqf as one of Islamic philanthropy can play its role in overcoming these problems. This is because the potential of cash waqf is very large in Indonesia because the majority are Muslim, especially Bandung Raya as a metropolitan West Java. This study aims to look at the intention of cash waqf in muslim community in Bandung Raya during the Covid-19 Pandemic. However, the role of cash waqf during the Covid-19 pandemic has not been able to maximize its potential. This study examines the big theory model, namely the theory of reasoned action (TRA) with additional level of religiosity and trust in institutions. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a causal descriptive design. The analytical tool used is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The subject of this study is the muslim community in Bandung Raya with total 210 respondents collected and usable. The results showed that attitudes, subjective norms, level of religiosity and trust in institutions were in the high category. There are four variables that have a significant positive effect on the intention of the muslim community in Bandung Raya to cash waqf during the Covid-19 pandemic, such as attitudes, subjective norms, level of religiosity and trust in institutions. The implication of this research is that it is expected to provide scientific development related to Islamic economics and finance, namely in the field of Islamic philanthropy related to cash waqf.
