Abstract

Penerapan Program Kesehatan dan Gizi di Taman Penitipan Anak (TPA) sebagai upaya memenuhi kebutuhan esensial anak khususnya dalam aspek kesehatan dan gizi di TPA. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi Program Kesehatan dan Gizi di Taman Penitipan Anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus. Partisipan yaitu satu orang pengelola TPA dengan jabatan sebagai Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Litbang) dan satu orang tua murid. Lokasi penelitian di TPA Bunda Ganesha. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analis data tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: pertama, perencanaan di TPA Bunda Ganesha dilakukan dengan merancang program kegiatan pada awal tahun ajaran dengan menyusun pertanyaan 5W+1H, menyusun perencanaan program tahunan dengan membuat jadwal harian dan Standar Operasi Prosedur (SOP) yang diterapkan dari kedatangan hinggan kepulangan anak, menyiapkan sarana prasarana serta mengelola pembiayaan. Kedua, pelaksanaan di TPA Bunda Ganesha memberikan layanan kesehatan langsung dan tidak langsung, layanan gizi, Pembiasaan Hidup Bersih dan Sehat serta menyelenggarakan parenting sebagai bagian program Kesehatan dan Gizi. ketiga, evaluasi dilakukan persemester atau setiap enam bulan sekali oleh seluruh guru termasuk guru TPA, KOBER, dan TK Bunda Ganesha. Setiap enam bulan sekali diselenggarakan pembagian rapot berisi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak, namun selain evaluasi yang dilakukan persemester atau enam bulan sekali TPA Bunda Ganesha pun mengevaluasi program dan keadaan anak setelah kegiatan berlangsung bersifat perunit jadi hanya dilakukan oleh TPA. Implementation of the Health and Nutrition Program in Daycare as an effort to meet the essential needs of children, especially in the aspects of health and nutrition in Daycare. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, implementation and evaluation of the Health and Nutrition Program in in Daycare. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research participant was a child care manager with the position of Research and Development (R&D) and one parent. The research location is at Bunda Ganesha Daycare, Bandung City. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis using thematic data analyst. The results showed: first, planning at the Bunda Ganesha Daycare was carried out by designing an activity program at the beginning of the school year by compiling 5W+1H questions, preparing annual program plans by making daily schedules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) which were applied from arrival to departure of children, prepare infrastructure and manage financing. Second, the implementation at the Bunda Ganesha Daycare provides direct and indirect health services, nutrition services, Clean and Healthy Living Habits and parenting. Third, evaluation is carried out every semester or every six months by all teachers including Daycare, Playgroup, and Kindergarten Bunda Ganesha teachers. Every six months there is a distribution of report cards containing the growth and development of children, but apart from the evaluation conducted every semester or every six months, the Bunda Ganesha Daycare also evaluates the program and the condition of the child after the activity is carried out on a unit basis so it is only carried out by the Daycare.
