Abstract
Penelitian bertitik tolak pada adanya fenomena rendahnya rasa hormat siswa yang ditandai dengan perilaku peserta didik yang cendrung melawan jika dinasehati, tidak menyapa atau memberi salam saat berpapasan, bertindak dan berkata kasar atau tidak sopan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas program bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama untuk meningkatkan rasa hormat siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain non-equivalent pre-test post-test group design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen rasa hormat yang disusun oleh peneliti. Sample penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI jurusan RPL SMK Negeri 2 Bandung Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020, yang memiliki tingkatan rasa hormat pada kategori ¬pre conventional (rendah). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik parametrik yaitu dengan menggunakan uji independen sampel T-Test dan uji paired sample T-Test. Temuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) sebagian besar tingkat rasa hormat pada populasi penelitian berada pada kategori sedang; (2) rumusan program bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama untuk meningkatkan rasa hormat siswa; (3) bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama dapat membantu meningkatkan rasa hormat siswa. Program bimbingan dengan teknik sosiodrama untuk meningkatkan rasa hormat siswa dapat dikolaborasikan dengan program BK yang ada di sekolah untuk meningkatkan layanan BK di sekolah. The research is based on the phenomenon of low respect for students which is marked by the behavior of students who oppose when advised, do not greet or greet when passing by, act and say rude or disrespectful words. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the group guidance program with sociodrama techniques to increase students' respect. The research method used is a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent pre-test post-test group design. The data collection technique used a respect instrument compiled by the researcher. The research sample was class XI students majoring in RPL at SMK Negeri 2 Bandung in the 2019/2020 academic year, who had a level of respect in the pre conventional (low) category. The data analysis technique used is parametric statistics by using the independent sample T-Test test and the paired sample T-Test test. The research findings are: (1) most of the levels of respect in the research population are in the moderate category; (2) the formulation of a group guidance program with sociodrama techniques to increase students' respect; (3) group guidance with sociodrama techniques can help increase students' respect. Guidance programs with sociodrama techniques to increase student respect can be collaborated with existing counseling programs in schools to improve counseling services in schools.
