Abstract

Dalam perencanaan latihan suatu metode harus diterapkan untuk menunjang keberhasilan atlet. Dalam penelitiani ni yang menjadi focus penelitian adalah penerapan pola small sided games melalui metode latihan interval dan metode latihan repetisi. Oleh karenanya pelatihan kondisi fisik dengan pola small sided games diduga akan membantu atlet untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kapasitas anaerobik tanpa mengurangi kemampuan pemain dalam pengusaan bola. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan kapasitas Anaerobik melalui pelatihan Small Sided Games pada metode latihan interval dan metode repetisi dan apakah terdapat interaksi antara metode latihan interval dan metode repetisi terhadap peningkatan kapasitas Anaerobik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Academy Saint Prima Bandung kelompok junior (usia 18-19 tahun) sejumlah 46 siswa. Didalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan desain blok lengkap acak (DBLA) yaitu sebanyak 24 orang yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu siswa yang memiliki tingkat kebugaran tinggi dan tingkat kebugaran rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan uji hipotesis menggunakan ANAVA dua arah. Berdasarkan hasil uji pola Small Sided Games pada metode latihan interval lebih baik dibandingkan pola Small Sided Games melalui metode latihan repetisi dengan nilai sebesar 7,032. Tidak terdapat interaksi antara penerapan Small Sided Games pada metode latihan dengan peningkatan kemampuan kapasitas anaerobik. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan terhadap kemampuan kapasitas anaerobik lebih signifikan melalui pola Small Sided Games metode interval dibandingkan dengan polaSmall Sided Games metode repetisi. Abstract In exercise planning, methods must be applied to support the success of athletes. In this study, the research focus is the application of a game situation through interval training methods and methods of repetiton .Therefore, the physical condition of training with small-sided games pattern is expected to help the athlete to improve anaerobic capacity without compromising the ability of players in the thepossesiont of the ball. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in anaerobic capacity increased capacity through training Small Sided Games on interval training methods and methods of repetition and whether there is an interaction between interval training methods and methods of reps to increase in anaerobic capacity The method used in this research uses an experimental method with 2 x 2 factorial design. Selected populations in this study were student Academy Saint Prima Bandung junior group (age 18-19 years) a number of 46 students. In this study researchers used a Randomized Complete Block Design as many as 24 people were divided into two groups: students who have a high level of fitness and low fitness levels. This study uses a hypothesis test calculations using two-way ANOVA. Based on the results of the test pattern on the Small-Sided Games interval training method is better than the pattern of Small Sided Games through repetition training method with a value of 7.032. There is no interaction between the application of Small-Sided Games on training methods with increased capability of anaerobic capacity.It can be concluded that the increase in anaerobic capacity is more significant through a game situations interval method compared with the pattern of the game situation repetition method.
