Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model kolaborasi rolling group system santri dan masyarakat dalam pemberdayaan di Pesantren Miftahul Ihsan. Kajian teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsep pendidikan dan pelatihan, konsep kewirausahaan santri dan masyarakat, konsep pemberdayaan masyarakat dan konsep peran pontren dalam pemberdayaan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kalitatif dan kuantitatif atau mix methods. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: (1) impelementasi kolaborasi santri dan masyarakat dalam pemberdayaan di sekitar Pesantren Miftahul Ihsan dilihat dari beberapa indikator yang menjadi tolak ukur keberdayaan masyarakat di sekitar Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ihsan melalui eksisting (kehadiran) Pondok Pesantren yaitu adanya peningkatan partisipasi dalam perencanaan program, pelaksanaan program, dan evaluasi program. (2) model kolaborasi rolling group system santri dan masyarakat dalam pemberdayaan di sekitar Pesantren Miftahul Ihsan terdiri dari: Tahapan Model Kolaborasi Rolling Group System diungkap melalui : 1). Persiapan dengan Memetakan kondisi alam beserta potensi sumberdaya alam sekitar, Memetakan kondisi beserta potensi sumberdaya manusia sekitar dan Menentukan Kompetensi Santri 2). Pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan yang dibagi dalam tiga termin pembelajaran, yaitu: termin teori (theory term) , termin praktik (practical term), termin evaluasi (evaluation term). 3). Evaluasi dilihat dari aspek kelayakan ketuntasan peserta belajar santri (3) dampak model kolaborasi rolling group system terhadap karakter religius dan kemampuan wirausaha santri dan masyarakat di sekitar Pesantren Miftahul Ihsan efektif karena model pemberdayaan yang dikembangkan mampu melibatkan santri dan masyarakat dengan menghasilkan beberapa perubahan baik dari karakter santri, finansial maupun sikap masyarakat. This study aims to describe the collaborative model of the rolling group system of students and the community in empowerment at Miftahul Ihsan Islamic Boarding School. The theoretical studies used in this research are the concept of education and training, the concept of entrepreneurship for students and the community, the concept of community empowerment and the concept of the role of Islamic boarding schools in empowerment. The approach used in this research is a qualitative and quantitative approach or mix methods. Based on the results of the study, it was found that: (1) Collaboration of Santri in Empowerment around Miftahul Ihsan Islamic Boarding School seen from several indicators that became a benchmark for community empowerment around Miftahul Ihsan Islamic Boarding School through the existing (presence) of Islamic Boarding Schools, namely an increase in participation in program planning, program implementation, and program evaluation. (2) the implementation of the collaboration model through the "rolling group system" model for students and the community consists of: The stages of the Rolling Group System Collaboration Model are revealed through: 1). Preparation by Mapping the natural conditions and the potential of the surrounding natural resources, Mapping the conditions and the potential of surrounding human resources and Determining the Competence of Santri 2). The implementation is carried out through entrepreneurship training which is divided into three learning terms, namely: the theory term, the practical term, and the evaluation term. 3). Evaluation is seen from the aspect of completeness of student learning participants (3) The impact of the collaboration model on the religious character and entrepreneurial ability of students and the community is effective because the empowerment model developed is able to involve students and the community by producing several changes both from the character of students, finances and community attitudes.
