Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesejahteraan subjektif terhadap santri di pondok pesantren. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah santri di Pesantren Al-Fatah Maos. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 148. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala Likert, yaitu skala kesejahteraan subjektif. Reliabilitas skala kesejahteraan subjektif sebesar 0,861. Reliabilitas ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan Cronbach's Alpha Correlation. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan kategorisasi, diperoleh hasil kesejahteraan subjektif santri pada kategori sedang, sebanyak 117 orang atau 79%. Gambaran tentang kesejahteraan subjektif santri berguna untuk sumber pembuatan program bimbingan dan konseling di pesantren. This research aims to determine the subjective wellbeing towards students in Islamic boarding schools. The subjects in this research are the students in Al-Fatah Maos Islamic Boarding School. The total number of subjects in tis research is 148. The research's data collected by using a Likert scale, which is subjective wellbeing scale. The reliability of subjective wellbeing scale is 0,861. This reliability is obtained by using Cronbach's Alpha Correlation. The data in this research is analyzed by using categorization towards the research's subjects and it will be obtained the result of the students which are tend to have the medium subjective wellbeing, as many as 117 people od 79%. The description of the subjective well-being of students is useful as a source for making guidance and counseling programs in Islamic boarding schools.
