    Abstract

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perbedaan pengaruh antara mahasiswa yang mengikuti dan tidak mengikuti DIKLATSAR PAMOR terhadap sikap disiplin dan tanggung jawab. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ex post facto dengan desain penelitian causal comparative, data diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 46 mahasiswa dan dibagi ke dalam 2 kelompok. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara mahasiswa yang mengikuti dan tidak mengikuti DIKLATSAR PAMOR terhadap sikap disiplin. Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara mahasiswa yang mengikuti dan tidak mengikuti DIKLATSAR PAMOR terhadap sikap tanggung jawab.

    ABSTRAK

This thesis is supervised by Dr. Eka Nugraha, M.Kes., AIFO. and Drs. Mudjihartono, M.Pd., Health and Recreation Physical Education Study Program, Faculty of Sports and Health Education, University of Education Indonesia. 2021.

    The purpose of this study was to describe the difference in influence between students who followed and did not participate in the DIKLATSAR PAMOR on discipline and responsibility. The method used in this research is ex post facto with research design causal comparative, data obtained using a questionnaire. The sample used was 46 students and divided into 2 groups. The results of this study are that there is a significant difference in the effect between students who follow and do not follow the DIKLATSAR PAMOR on discipline attitudes. There is a significant difference in the effect between students who follow and do not follow the DIKLATSAR PAMOR on responsibility attitudes.
