Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi permasalahan bahwa saat penyusunan soal penilaian akhir tahun (PAT) guru jarang membuat kisi-kisi dan jarang melakukan analisis terhadap soal yang akan digunakan dalam pelaksannaan PAT. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan prosedur penyusunan soal PAT di sekolah dasar, serta untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analasis soal penilaian akhir tahun (PAT) pada pelajaran matematika ditinjau dari kemampuan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah soal PAT matematika kelas IV dan guru atau tim penyusun soal. Pengumpulan data didapat melalui studi dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini yakni guru atau tim penyusun soal mengetahui prosedur yang harus dilaksanakan dalam penyusunan soal PAT. Namun, dalam praktiknya ada beberapa langkah yang tidak dilaksanakan yaitu membuat kisi-kisi dan melakukan analisis terhadap soal yang akan digunakan. Berikutnya hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa soal PAT matematika kelas IV semester genap tahun ajaran 2020/2021 belum memuat indikator berpikir kritis, dan masih berada pada level berpikir tingkat rendah yaitu C1 (47%), C2 (33%), dan C3 (20%). ----- This research is motivated by the problem that when preparing the year-end assessment (PAT) questions teachers rarely make grids and rarely do an analysis of the questions that will be used in pat implementation. Thus, this study aims to describe the procedure for preparing PAT problems in elementary schools, as well as to describe the analasis results of year-end assessment (PAT) problems in math lessons in terms of critical thinking skills. This research is qualitative research with content analysis methods. The subjects in this study were class IV math PAT problems and teachers or team of problem builders. Data collection is obtained through documentation studies and interviews. The results of this study are teachers or building teams about knowing the procedures that must be carried out in the preparation of PAT problems. However, in practice there are some steps that are not implemented, namely making a grid and doing an analysis of the problem to be used. Furthermore, the results of the analysis showed that the math PAT problem of class IV even semester 2020/2021 has not contained indicators of critical thinking, and is still at low level thinking levels namely C1 (47%), C2 (33%), and C3 (20%).
