Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini begitu berkembang pesat dan berdampak pada dunia pendidikan. Teknologi yang semakin maju telah mempengaruhi hampir seluruh komponen pendidikan, salah satunya dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis website yang dikemas dengan menyediakan tampilan yang menarik, tersedia teks bacaan, audio, gambar, video, tautan link google earth, serta latihan soal berbentuk kuis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan dan hasil respon pengguna media pembelajaran thinglink. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kurangnya minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS dan perlunya pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa pada masa saat ini. Metode penelitian ini adalah Design and Development dengan menggunakan pengembangan model ADDIE. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari dosen ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa untuk memberikan penilaian terhadap media pembelajaran ini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Hasil pengembangan media pembelajaran thinglink mendapatkan penilaian dari ahli materi, ahli bahasa, dan ahli media dengan interpretasi “sangat baik”. Penilaian dari keseluruhan pengguna didapatkan penilaian dengan interpretasi “sangat baik”. Pengembangan media pembelajaran yang menarik merupakan aspek penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh guru karena dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang lebih seuai dengan perkembangan zaman saat ini. The development of technology is currently growing rapidly and has an impact on the world of education. Advances in technology have affected almost all components of education, one of which is the use of learning media. This study is the development of website-based learning media that is packaged by providing an attractive display, available reading texts, audio, images, videos, google earth links, and practice questions in the form of quizzes. This study aims to know about the development process, the results of user responses, and increase student’s interest in learning in social studies subjects. The background of this study is the lack of interest in student learning in social studies subjects and the need for the development of technology-based learning media that is tailored to the needs of students at this time. This study method is Design and Development using the ADDIE model development. The study participants consisted of material expert lecturers, media experts, and linguists to provide an assessment of this learning media. Data accumulation techniques were carried out using questionnaires, interviews, and strengthened by literature studies. The results of the development of the thinglink learning media received an assessment from material experts, linguists, and media experts with interpretation of "very good". The user's overall rating is interpreted as “very good”. The development of interesting learning media is an important aspect that must be considered by teachers because it can increase the effectiveness of the implementation of learning that is more in line with current developments.
