Abstract
Penelitian ini didasari oleh intensi berwirausaha yang belum optimal. Bukti empiris menunjukkan bahwa intensi berwirausaha masih rendah. Kemudian banyak terjadi pro kontra terkait faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi berwirausaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavior control dan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review. Pencarian artikel relevan dilakukan dengan dibatasi oleh kriteria yang telah ditentukan. 1) Penelitian menggunakan data kuantitatif; 2) Objek yang diteliti attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavior control dan pendidikan kewirausahaan yang berpengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha; 3) Subjek yang diteliti adalah siswa, mahasiswa dan masyarakat; Metode yang digunakan survei deskriptif, eksperimen, eksplanatori dan campuran; 4) Tahun publikasi 2010 sampai 2020 dengan standar untuk jurnal dalam negeri telah memiliki index Sinta 1 dan Sinta 2 dan jurnal internasional yang telah memiliki digital object identifer (DOI) dengan index Q1 dan Q2; 5) Jurnal melakukan penelitian di beberapa negara di dunia. Penulis memperoleh 91 jurnal yang berasal dari dalam negeri dan luar negeri dan menghasilkan 34 jurnal yang relevan untuk dibahas. Temuan artikel menunjukan bahwa attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavior control dan pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Empirical evidence shows that entrepreneurial intentions are still low. Then there are many pros and cons related to factors that influence entrepreneurial intentions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavior control and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions. The research method used is a systematic literature review. The search for relevant articles is limited by predetermined criteria. 1) Research uses quantitative data; 2) The object being studied is attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavior control and entrepreneurship education that affect entrepreneurial intentions; 3) The subjects studied were students, university students and the community; The methods used are descriptive, experimental, explanatory and mixed surveys; 4) The publication year 2010 to 2020 with standards for domestic journals already has Sinta 1 and Sinta 2 indexes and international journals that have digital object identifiers (DOI) with Q1 and Q2 indexes; 5) Journals conduct research in several countries in the world. The author obtained 91 journals originating from within the country and abroad and produced 34 relevant journals to be discussed. The findings of the article show that attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavior control and entrepreneurship education have an influence on entrepreneurship intentions, either partially or simultaneously.
