Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada Analisis Dimensi Efektivitas Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan Dampaknya Pada Motivasi Berwirausaha (Survei pada Mahasiswa yang sudah mendapatkan matakuliah kewirausahaan di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan UHAMKA). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) Mengetahui Gambaran efektivitas pembelajaran kewirausahaan; 2) Mengetahui Gambaran Motivasi Berwirausaha; 3) Mengetahui apakah Kompentensi Kewirausahaan berpengaruh Terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan ; 4) Mengetahui apakah Hambatan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh negatif Terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan; 5) Mengetahui apakah Niat Wirausaha berpengaruh Terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan; 6) Mengatahui apakah Efektivitas Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Berwirausaha. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah survey explanatory dengan Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuisioner yang disebar kepada 313 mahasiswa FKIP UHAMKA. Hasil temuan penelitian diperoleh bahwa gambaran efektivitas pembelajaran kewirausahaan mahasiswa FKIP UHAMKA terkait dimensi efektivitas pembelajaran kewirausahaan model TMM yakni Kompetensi, Hambatan dan Intensi/Minat berwirausaha mahasiswa berada pada kategori cukup. pertama kompetensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa berada pada kategori cukup dan berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran, kedua Hambatan Berwirausaha mahasiswa berada pada kategori cukup dan berpengaruh negatif terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran, ketiga Intensi Berwirausaha mahasiswa berada pada kategori cukup dan berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran, serta keempat efektivitas pembelajaran kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran, jika disimpulkan secara garis besar yakni Dimensi Efektivitas Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan memiliki dampak positif terhadap motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa FKIP UHAMKA. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berguna untuk praktisi dalam bidang Pendidikan dan pengembangan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa dimasa mendatang. The aims of this study were to 1) determine the description of the effectiveness of entrepreneurship learning; 2) Knowing the Description of Entrepreneurial Motivation; 3) Knowing whether the Entrepreneurial Competence has an effect on the Effectiveness of Entrepreneurship Learning; 4) Knowing whether the Entrepreneurial Barriers negative effect the Effectiveness of Entrepreneurship Learning; 5) Knowing whether Entrepreneurial Intentions have an effect on the Effectiveness of Entrepreneurship Learning; 6) Knowing whether the effectiveness of Entrepreneurship Learning has an effect on Entrepreneurial Motivation. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires distributed to 313 students of FKIP UHAMKA. The findings of the study showed that the description of the effectiveness of entrepreneurship learning for FKIP UHAMKA students related to the dimensions of the effectiveness of the TMM model of entrepreneurship learning, namely Competence, Barriers and Intentions/Interests in entrepreneurship students were in the sufficient category. firstly, the entrepreneurial competence of students is in the sufficient category and has a positive effect on learning effectiveness, secondly, the students' Entrepreneurship Barriers are in the sufficient category and have a negative effect on learning effectiveness. has a positive effect on students' entrepreneurial motivation, if it is concluded in broad outline that the Dimensions of Entrepreneurship Learning Effectiveness have a positive impact on the entrepreneurial motivation on learning effectiveness of FKIP UHAMKA students. This research provides useful insights for practitioners in the field of Education and the development of student entrepreneurship interests in the future.
