Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan telah mempersiapkan lulusanya untuk berwirausaha sesuai dengan minatnya, melalui model pembelajaran teaching factory dan pendidikan kewirausahaan diharapkan akan semakin terbuka wawasanya dalam berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar teaching factory produksi roti dan pendidikan kewirausahaan, mengetahui minat berwirausaha, mengetahui pengaruh hasil belajar teaching factory produksi roti dan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha serta mengetahui jumlah alumni yang telah bekerja atau berwirausaha. Pengambilan data hasil belajar teaching factory produksi roti dan pendidikan kewirausahaan didapatkan dari nilai rapor sementara minat berwirausaha dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling, sebanyak 28 orang alumni SMK Negeri 1 Kuningan tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Analisis regresi linier sederhana untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara hasil belajar dan minat serta regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahuhi pengaruh hasil belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap minat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan sebesar 67,8% lulusan prodi Agribisnis Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian (APHP) memiliki hasil belajar teaching factory produksi roti yang sangat kompeten dan 71,4% lulusan prodi APHP memiliki hasil belajar pendidikan kewirausahaan yang sangat kompeten. Penelitian ini menunjukan 57% alumni memiliki minat berwirausaha yang tinggi. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa hasil belajar teaching factory produksi roti berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha sebesar 76,8%. Hasil belajar pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha 67,7%. Sedangkan penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa hasil belajar teaching factory produksi roti dan pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap minat berwirausaha sebesar 39,77% serta dibuktikan dengan sebanyak 9 orang alumni yang berwirausaha dan 8 orang alumni yang bekerja. The Vocational High School has prepared its graduates for entrepreneurship according to their interests through the teaching factory learning model and entrepreneurship education. It is hoped that their horizons in entrepreneurship will be more open. This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of the bread production teaching factory and entrepreneurship education, to determine the interest in entrepreneurship, to determine the effect of the bread production teaching factory learning outcomes and entrepreneurship education to the interest in entrepreneurship and to determine the number of alumni who have worked or are entrepreneurship. Data collection on learning outcomes of bread production teaching factory and entrepreneurship education was obtained from report cards while interest in entrepreneurship was collected using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 28 alumni of SMK Negeri 1 Kuningan in the 2018/2019 Academic Year of the Agribusiness Processing Agricultural Products (APHP) Study Program. Learning outcomes and interest in entrepreneurship were analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple regression to determine the effect of learning outcomes on interest in entrepreneurship. The results of this study indicate that 67.8% of APHP Study Program graduates have very competent bread production learning outcomes, 71.4% of APHP Study Program graduates have very competent entrepreneurship education learning outcomes. This study shows that 57% of alumni have a high interest in entrepreneurship. The results of this study prove that the learning outcomes of the bread production teaching factory have a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship by 76.8%. The results of this study prove that the learning outcomes of entrepreneurship education have a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship 67.7%. The results of this study prove that the learning outcomes of the bread production teaching factory and entrepreneurship education have a positive and significant effect jointly on the interest in entrepreneurship by 39.77% and as evidenced by as many as 9 alumni who are entrepreneurs and 8 alumni who work.
