Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena dan konteks mengenai Kepemimpinan Instruksional dan Supervisi Kolegial Terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru SD Negeri Se-Kabupaten Purwakarta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Se-Kabupaten Purwakarta yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional dan supervisi kolegial terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan analisis korelasi sebagai pengolahan datanya. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah 253 orang diambil menggunakan sampling area. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan melalui analisis deskriptif dan analisis korelasional menggunakan Aplikasi SPSS 26 menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan Instruksional kedalam kategori sangat tinggi, Supervisi Kolegial dan Kinerja Mengajar Guru kedalam kategori tinggi, (2) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan kategori sedang antara kepemimpinan intruksional terhadap kinerja mengajar guru, (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan kategori sedang antara supervisi kolegial terhadap kinerja mengajar guru, (4) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan kategori sedang antara kepemimpinan instruksional dan supervisi kolegial secara simultan terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Rekomendasi penelitian bagi kepala sekolah agar mampu meningkatkan pelaksanaan supervisi kolegial, terutama menjalankan peranan dialog terstruktur kepada guru, bagi guru disaranakan agar menjaga ritme kinerjanya, bagi peneliti selanjutnya agar menelaah lebih dalam peranan kepala sekolah lainnya yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru dalam segala bidang. This studied aims to describe the phenomenon and context of Instructional Leadership and Collegial Supervision on The Teaching Performance of elementary school Teachers in the Purwakarta area. This research was conducted in elementary schools throughout the Purwakarta area which aims to describe and analyze the influence of instructional leadership and collegial supervision on teacher teaching performance. The research approach used is quantitative with correlation analysis as the data processing. The data source of this studied was 253 people taken using a sampling area. The results of research obtained through descriptive analysis and correlational analysis using SPSS Application 26 shows that: (1) Instructional Leadership is in the very high category, Supervision and Teachers Teaching Performance are in the high category, (2) there is a positive and significant relationship with the moderate category between instructional leadership to teachers teaching performance, (3) there is a positive and significant relationship with the moderate category between collegial supervision to teachers teaching performance, (4) there is a positive and significant relationship with the moderate category between instructional leadership and simultaneous collegial supervision to teachers teaching performance. Research recommendations are given to school principals to be able to improve the implementation of collegial supervision, especially to carried out the role of structural dialogue to teachers, for teachers are advised to maintain the rhythm of their performance and for further researchers to studied more in the role of other principals that could affected teacher performance in all fields.
