Abstract

Abstrak Bauran pemasaran adalah faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel bauran pemasaran terhadap produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, proses dan bentuk fisik yang mempunyai hubungan keterkaitan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Masalalu café Duren Sawit. Metode ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasinya adalah pengunjung Masalalu café Duren Sawit. Bauran pemasaran di Masalalu café Duren Sawit mempunyai 7 aspek yang harus diperhatikan karena mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan agar terus mempercayai Masalalu café. Kata kunci : bauran pemasaran dan loyalitas pelanggan Abstrac Marketing mix is a factor that affects consumer loyalty. This study aims to determine the marketing mix variables on product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical form that have a relationship with customer loyalty at Masalalu cafe Duren Sawit. This method uses descriptive quantitative analysis and verification methods with the population being visitors to the Masalalu Duren Sawit cafe. The marketing mix in the past of the Duren Sawit café has 7 aspects that must be considered because it affects customer loyalty so that they continue to trust Masalalu café.
