Abstract
Avicennia Robi’uts Tsani (1704215) “Model Peningkatan Kinerja Dilihat Melalui Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi PT. Telkom Divisi Regional III” . Di bawah bimbingan Bapak Prof. Dr. H. Suryana, M.Si dan Bapak Yoga Perdana, S.E, M.SM Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja karyawan PT. Telkom Divisi Regional III. Kinerja karyawan merupakan hal penting bagi perusahaan karena dapat mempengaruhi pencapaian tujuan perusahaan tersebut. Terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, seperti kepuasan kerja dan motivasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kinerja karyawan PT. Telkom Divisi Regional III, mengetahui gambaran kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Telkom Divisi Regional III, mengetahui gambaran motivasi karyawan PT. Telkom Divisi Regional III, serta menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Telkom Divisi Regional III. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel bebas (kepuasan kerja dan motivasi) dan satu variabel terikat (kinerja). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 57 karyawan PT. Telkom Divisi Regional III. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner ke 57 karyawan PT. Telkom Divisi Regional III. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja secara bersamaan sebesar Fhitung 15,146 > F tabel 3,16. Suryana, M.Si and Yoga Perdana, S.E, M.SM The main focus of this research is the performance of PT. Telkom Divisi Regional III employees. Employee performance is important to the company because it can affect the company's achievement of its goals. There are many factors that affect employee performance, such as job satisfaction and motivation. The aim of this research is to find out the performance of PT. Telkom Divisi Regional III, job satisfaction of PT. Telkom Divisi Regional III employees, motivation of PT. Telkom Divisi Regional III employees. The variable in this study consists of two independet variables (job satisfaction and motivation) and one dependent variable (work performance). The sample in this study is 57 employees of PT. Telkom Divisi Regional III. Data collection is being done by distributing questionnaires to 57 PT. Telkom Divisi Regional III employees. This research shows that there is an effect between job satisfaction and motivation for performance at the same time as Fhitung 15,146 > FTable 3.16.
