Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah berfokus pada membandingkan dan menganalisis perbedaaan perilaku antara wisatawan muslim yang pernah berhaji dan belum pernah berhaji dalam melakukan perjalanan wisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif verifikatif dengan uji independent sample t-test dan uji anova 2 arah untuk memverifikasi ada atau tidaknya perbedaan perilaku ketika berwisata antara segmen wisatawan muslim haji dan non-haji ketika melakukan perjalanan wisata. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah conveniece sampling. Data dikumpulkan dari kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada 274 responden haji dan non-haji. Kuesioner penelitian disebar pada beberapa media sosial dalam bentuk tautan. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi, preferensi akomodasi dan sikap. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan preferensi baik dari faktor motivasi, preferensi akomodasi dan sikap antara segmen haji dan non-haji ketika melakukan perjalanan wisata. The purpose of this study is to focus on comparing and analyzing the differences in preference between Muslim tourists who have made the Hajj and have never performed Hajj on their travels.. This study uses a quantitative verification approach with an independent sample t-test and a 2-way ANOVA test to verify whether or not there are differences in behavior between the Hajj and non-Hajj Muslim tourist segments when traveling. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling. Data were collected from a questionnaire distributed to 274 hajj and non-hajj respondents. The research questionnaire was distributed on several social media in the form of a link. The variables in this study are motivation, accommodation preferences, and attitudes. The results of this study indicate that there is no difference in preferences both from motivational factors, accommodation preferences, and attitudes between hajj and non-hajj segments when traveling.
