Abstract

This study aims to find out the entrepreneurial skills of the Café Krucuk City of Cirebon which are underpinned by the whole aspect of business skills studies including legal, market and marketing aspects, financial, technical and operational aspects, human resource management, economic and social and environmental aspects. The type of research used is descriptive research with qualitative methods. The data used are qualitative data obtained with observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative techniques on legal, market and marketing aspects, engineering and operations, human resource management and organization, economic and social and environmental aspects. Analysis of the financial eligibility studies is carried out using 2 (two) investment eligibility methods: payback period (PP), net present value (NPV) to determine eligibility and to calculate also the profitability index (PI), avarage rate of return (ARR) and break even point (BEP). Analysis shows that the Café Krucuk City of Cirebon has not been legally supported because there are unprepared and equipped documents such as the form of the company, the company list, the taxable tree number and the business permit. In terms of the environment, life is worth running because there is no damage to the environment around the business. Market and marketing aspects are already worthwhile because market focus, market opportunities, potential consumers and marketing strategies have been defined and implemented with further increases. Technical and operational aspects are already worthy of modern technology and efficient systems applied. The management aspect of human resources is already worthwhile because it has a clear organisational structure and operational standards of working rules. The economic and social aspects are worthwhile because the positive impact on the environment and the financial aspects are worthwhile: the PP calculations of 3 years 4 months < the economic age of the equipment used 5 years, and the NPV calculations of Rp 96.020.843 > 0 (Positive).
