Abstract

Kawasan Punclut merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata gastronomi Sunda yang terkenal di Kota Bandung dengan dijumpainya berbagai restoran, rumah makan, maupun warung makan Sunda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan dokumen tertulis mengenai pengembangan wisata gastronomi Sunda di Kawasan Punclut, Kota Bandung melalui persepsi wisatawan dan komponen daya tarik wisata bagi wisatawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif melalui pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan wawancara. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 100 orang wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung ke wisata gastronomi Sunda seperti restoran/ rumah makan Sunda yang berada di Kawasan Punclut, Kota Bandung dan melakukan wawancara dengan dinas pariwisata, pakar gastronomi, dan para pelaku usaha restoran, rumah makan, dan warung makan khas Sunda di Kawasan Punclut, Kota Bandung. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan identifikasi restoran, rumah makan, dan warung makan khas Sunda di Kawasan Punclut Kota Bandung, aspek-aspek gastronomi yang terdapat di wisata gastronomi Sunda Kawasan Punclut Kota Bandung, komponen daya tarik wisata yang terdapat di wisata gastronomi Sunda Kawasan Punclut Kota Bandung dan analisis kelas interval mengenai daya tarik wisata dan persepsi wisatawan terhadap wisata gastronomi Sunda Kawasan Punclut, Kota Bandung yang menunjukan hasil yang baik. Kata kunci : Persepsi, Daya Tarik, Wisata Gastronomi Sunda The Punclut area is one of the famous Sundanese gastronomic tourist destinations in the city of Bandung with the discovery of various restaurants, restaurants, and Sundanese food stalls. The purpose of this study was to conduct a written document regarding the development of Sundanese gastronomic tourism in the Punclut area, Bandung City, through tourist perceptions and components of tourist attractions for tourists. The research methods used are quantitative and qualitative methods with descriptive analysis through data collection in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaires were distributed to 100 tourists who had visited Sundanese gastronomic tourism such as Sundanese restaurants/typical food stall located in the Punclut area, Bandung City, and conducted interviews with the tourism office, gastronomic experts, and business people in restaurants and typical food stalls in the Punclut area, Bandung City. The results of this study indicate the identification of Sundanese restaurants and food stalls in the Punclut Region of Bandung City, the gastronomic aspects contained in Sundanese gastronomic tourism in the Punclut Region of Bandung City, and the components of tourist attractions found in Sundanese gastronomic tourism in the Punclut City area. Bandung and interval class analysis regarding tourist attractions and tourist perceptions of Sundanese gastronomic tourism in the Punclut Region, Bandung City, which showed good results.
