Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kepercayaan diri yang terjadi pada anak usia dini, dengan rentang usia kurang dari 6 tahun atau dalam rentang usia 5-6 tahun. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan dengan peran orang tua dalam terhadap kepercayaan diri anak usia dini 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini berlangsung atau dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2021. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode Kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Deskriptif. Desain yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang tua yang memiliki usia 5-6 tahun di Desa Celak, Kecamatan Gununghalu, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai pelengkap kebutuhan data sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara peran orang tua terhadap kepercayaan diri anak usia dini 5-6 tahun di Desa Celak, Kecamatan Gununghalu, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. ----- The problem in this study is the low self-confidence that occurs in early childhood, with an age range of less than 6 years or in the age range of 5-6 years. In this study, it was aimed at the role of parents in the self-confidence of early childhood 5-6 years. This research takes place or is carried out in August 2021. The method in this research is to use the qualitative method with the type of descriptive research. The design used is a case study. The sample in this study amounted to 3 parents aged 5-6 years in Celak Village, Gununghalu District, West Bandung Regency. Data collection techniques in the study used interview and documentation techniques as a complement to data needs, while the data analysis used in this study was using thematic analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a strong influence between the role of parents on the self-confidence of early childhood 5-6 years in Celak Village, Gununghalu District, West Bandung Regency.
