Abstract
Latar Belakang. Covid-19 masih menjadi permasalahan utama di berbagai negara termasuk Indonesia. Covid-19 ini merupakan penyakit menular melalui droplet dan transmisinya sangat cepat. Pencegahan yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan masker. Namun, bertambahnya kasus Covid-19, patuh dan tidak patuh menggunakan masker masih menjadi permasalahan yang serius dan harus diatasi. Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kepatuhan masyarakat usia produktif terhadap penggunaan masker pada masa AKB di Desa Padasari, Kecamatan Cimalaka. Metodologi Penelitian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel diambil secara purposive sampling yaitu masyarakat usia 20-40 tahun di Dusun Mulyasari, Desa Padasari, Cimalaka sebanyak 83 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan analisis univariat. Hasil Penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kategori patuh berjumlah 65 (77,3%), dan tidak patuh berjumlah 18 (21,7%) orang. Kepatuhan di tempat umum menunjukkan patuh berjumlah 76 (81,57%), dan tidak patuh 7 (8,43%) orang. Sedangkan, kepatuhan di lingkungan tempat tinggal mayoritas tidak patuh sebanyak 48 orang (57,8%) dan patuh sebanyak 35 orang (42,2%). Kesimpulan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar responden sudah baik dalam mengikuti anjuran pemerintah serta tenaga kesehatan. Namun, ada beberapa faktor yang mendukung kepatuhan penggunaan masker yakni pengetahuan, usia, persepsi/kepercayaan, dan rasa malu. Background. Covid-19 is still a major problem in various countries, including Indonesia. Covid-19 is an infectious disease through droplets and the transmission is very fast. Prevention that can be done is to use a mask. However, the increasing number of Covid-19 cases, obedient and non-compliant with wearing masks is still a serious problem and must be overcome. Purpose. This study aims to determine the description of the compliance of the productive age community to the use of masks during the New Normal period in Padasari Village, Cimalaka District. Research methodology. This research is a quantitative research with quantitative descriptive. The population and samples were taken by purposive sampling, namely people aged 20-40 years in Mulyasari Hamlet, Padasari Village, Cimalaka as many as 83 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire and observation. Quantitative data analysis was carried out by univariate analysis. Research result. The results showed that there were 65 (77,3%) obedient categories, and 18 (21,7%) non-compliant people. Compliance in public places showed that there were 76 (81.57%), non-compliant people and 7 (8.43%) people. Meanwhile, in the neighborhood where the majority of people live, 48 people (57.8%) do not comply and 35 people (42.2%). Conclusion. It can be concluded that most of the respondents are good at following government recommendations and health workers. However, there are several factors that support compliance with the use of masks, namely knowledge, age, perception/belief, and shame.
