Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis cerita bergambar untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep PKn Siswa kelas II Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini di latar belakangi bahan ajar PKn di sekolah kurang terdapat gambar, keterbatasan waktu guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar, serta karakteristik siswa kelas II yang lebih senang terhadap cerita bergambar. Cerita gambar dipilih karena dapat menarik perhatian siswa agar senang belajar sebab didalamnya siswa dapat menggali informasi dan pesan moral yang baik sehingga siswa dapat belajar sesuatu dengan lebih menyenangkan. Tujuan secara umum dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis cerita bergambar untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep materi makna bersatu dalam keberagaman siswa kelas II Sekolah Dasar yang dapat memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan mengenai bahan ajar berbasis cerita bergambar dan sebagai sumber informasi untuk peneliti selanjutnya yang akan mengembangkan bahan ajar yang serupa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode Delphi. Metode Delphi merupakan metode dengan cara mengumpulkan beberapa pendapat pakar ahli dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini melakukan validasi ahli sebanyak 2 putaran. Subjek dalam penelitian ini tediri dari beberapa ahli yang berkompeten dalam bidangnya diantaranya ahli materi, ahli desain, dan ahli bahasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan peneliti sudah baik dan layak digunakan. Kata kunci: Pengembangan Bahan ajar, Cerita Bergambar, Pemahaman Konsep PKn ABSTRACT This research focuses on the development of illustrated story-based teaching materials to improve the understanding of Civics concepts for Grade II Elementary School students. This research is based on the background of Civics teaching materials in schools that lack pictures, the teacher's time is limited in developing teaching materials, and the characteristics of second grade students who prefer illustrated stories. The picture story was chosen because it can attract students' attention so they are happy to learn because in it students can explore information and good moral messages so that students can learn something more fun. The general purpose of this study is to describe the development of illustrated story-based teaching materials to improve understanding of the concept of unified meaning material in the diversity of second grade elementary school students who can provide insight and knowledge about illustrated story-based teaching materials and as a source of information for future researchers who will develop similar teaching materials. The method used in this research is the Delphi method. The Delphi method is a method by collecting several expert opinions with data collection techniques using questionnaires. In this study, 2 rounds of expert validation were carried out. The subjects in this study consisted of several experts who were competent in their fields including material experts, design experts and linguists. The results showed that the teaching materials developed by the researchers were good and feasible to use. Keywords: Development of Teaching Materials, Picture Stories, Understanding Civics Concepts
