Abstract
BSTRAK-Penelitian menemukan kesenjangan pengobatan gangguan jiwa di Indonesia mencapai 90% dimana hanya 10% diantaranya yang mendapatkan pelayanan di fasilitas kesehatan. Hal tersebut disinyalir karena stigma masyarakat yang masih tabu dan takut untuk berobat atau bahkan mengunjungi layanan kesehatan mental. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan layanan kesehatan mental ramah pasien sekaligus berfungsi sebagai wadah edukasi berupa titik temu antara pasien, tenaga medis, dan masyarakat guna bersama-sama menjawab segala persoalan dan stigma negatif tentang isu kesehatan mental. Tema yang digunakan adalah terapeutik. Terapeutik dipilih karena berhubungan langsung dengan terapi yang berimplikasi pada kesembuhan pasien. Terapeutik juga diakui memungkinkan pasien pulih dari situasi krisis dengan menyediakan lingkungan yang aman dan nyaman. Implementasi dari elemen terapeutik pada perancangan ini antara lain adalah pengaturan tentang setting spasial berupa penggunaan karya seni, pencahayaan, pengaturan kebisingan, musik dan suara, pemandangan alam, penggunaan warna, sense of personal control dan privasi, dukungan sosial, kebersihan dan perawatan, serta pengaruh desain arsitektural lainnya. Kata Kunci : Kesehatan Mental, Pusat Kesehatan Mental, Terapeutik ABSTRACT-The study found that the treatment gap for mental disorders in Indonesia reaches 90%, where only 10% of them get services in health facilities. This is allegedly due to the stigma of people who are still taboo and afraid to seek treatment or even visit mental health facilities. This article aims to provide patient-friendly mental health services as well as to function as a forum for education in the form of meeting points between patients, medical personnel, and the community to jointly answer all negative stigma and problems regarding mental health issues. The theme used is therapeutic. Therapeutic is chosen because it is directly related to therapy which has implications for patient recovery. Therapeutics is also recognized as enabling patients to recover from crises by providing a safe and comfortable environment. The implementation of the therapeutic elements in this design includes the arrangement of spatial settings in the form of the use of works of art, lighting, regulation of noise, music, and sound, natural scenery, application of color, sense of personal control and privacy, social support, cleanliness and maintenance, and impact of architectural designs.
