Abstract
Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya proses pembelajaran di SMK KianSantang yang menyebabkan prestasi belajar siswa OTKP dari tiga tahun terkahir di SMK KianSantang pada mata pelajaran produktif masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji adanya Pengaruh Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Dimediasi Motivasi Belajar Siswa (Studi Deskriptif pada Mata Pelajaran Produktif, Jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Kiansantang Bandung). Metode penelitian menggunakan explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Responden adalah 79 siswa di Jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Kiansantang Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kepribadian guru memiliki perngaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa yang dimediasi oleh motivasi belajar siswa di Jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Kiansantang Bandung. Dengan demikian prestasi belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui kompetensi kepribadian guru dan motivasi belajar siswa. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru, Motivasi Belajar Siswa, Prestasi Belajar Siswa. The problem studied in this study is the learning process at SMK Kian Santang is not yet optimal, the causes of the learning achievement OTKP students from the last three years at SMK Kian Santang in productive subjects is still low, as evidenced by the data presented. This study aims to examine the influence of Teacher Personality Competence on Student Achievement Mediated by Student Learning Motivation (Descriptive Study on Productive Subjects, Department of Automation and Office Governance at SMK Kiansantang Bandung). The research method uses an explanatory survey. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Respondents were 79 students in the Department of Office Automation and Governance at SMK Kiansantang Bandung. The data analysis technique used multiple regression and Sobel test. The results showed that the teacher's personality competence has a significant influence on student achievement which is mediated by student motivation in the Department of Office Automation and Governance at SMK Kiansantang Bandung. Thus student learning achievement can be increased through the competence of the teacher's personality and student motivation.
