Abstract

Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) merupakan solusi pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid-19. Akan tetapi, tentu saja dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh pasti terdapat banyak permasalahan atau kendala yang dihadapi baik oleh guru maupun siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi siswa dan guru mengenai pembelajaran jarak jauh di SMK Negeri 4 Bandung. Metode penelitian yang dipakai termasuk ke dalam penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif yang mengikutsertakan guru dan siswa sebagai respondennya. Data diambil dengan menggunakan angket yang disiapkan dalam bentuk Google Form dan tautan dikirim kepada siswa dan guru melalui WhatsApp. Sebanyak 442 siswa dan 20 guru berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa baik siswa ataupun guru menggunakan media pembelajaran Google Classrom sebagai pilihan utama untuk penyampaian informasi dan pengumpulan tugas. Dalam proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh ada beberapa siswa dan guru memanfaatkan dukungan yang diberikan pihak sekolah. Namun, sebagian besar siswa dan guru mengalami kendala di antaranya terkait keterjangkauan wilayah akses internet, koneksi internet yang memadai serta penggunaan paket data internet yang boros. Kata kunci : Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh, Persepsi, Pandemi Covid-19 Distance Learning (PJJ) is a learning solution during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, of course in the implementation of distance learning there must be many problems or obstacles faced by both teachers and students. This study aims to describe the perceptions of students and teachers about distance learning at SMK Negeri 4 Bandung. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative research that includes teachers and students as respondents. Data was taken using a questionnaire prepared in the form of a Google Form and a link was sent to students and teachers via WhatsApp. A total of 442 students and 20 teachers participated in this study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that both students and teachers use the Google Classroom learning media as the main choice for delivering information and collecting assignments. In the process of implementing distance learning, some students and teachers take advantage of the support provided by the school. However, most of the students and teachers experienced problems, including those related to the affordability of the internet access area, adequate internet connection and the use of wasteful internet data packages.
