Abstract

Saat ini banyak remaja yang menganggap dirinya tidak berharga sehingga mereka tak ragu melakukan aksi yang menyimpang. Salah satu solusi dari permasalahan tersebut ialah dengan melaksanakan pendidikan moral di sekolah, seperti memberikan apersepsi berbasis moral motivation. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis adakah pengaruh apersepsi berbasis moral motivation terhadap pembentukan self-esteem (harga diri) siswa. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain Non-Equivalent Control Group Design, menggunakan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 44 siswa. Temuan penelitian ini adalah kelas eksperimen memperoleh hasil 0,080 pada pre-test dan post-test. Kelas kontrol memperoleh hasil 0,400 pada pre-test dan post-test. Kedua hasil tersebut memiliki nilai yang lebih besar dari 0,05. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa apersepsi berbasis moral motivation tidak berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan self-esteem siswa. Nowadays, many teenagers think they are worthless, so they don't hesitate to take deviant actions. One solution to this problem is to carry out moral education in schools, such as providing apperception based on moral motivation. The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there was an effect of apperception based on moral motivation on the formation of students' self-esteem. This research method is a quasi-experimental design with Non-Equivalent Control Group Design, using an experimental class and a control class. The research sample was 44 students. The finding of this study is that the experimental class obtained a result of 0.080 in the pre-test and post-test. The control class obtained a result of 0.400 on the pre-test and post-test. Both results have values greater than 0.05. The results of the study concluded that apperception based on moral motivation had no effect on the formation of students' self-esteem.
