Abstract

Kegiatan praktikum merupakan sarana yang bertujuan untuk membekali siswa agar dapat memahami teori dan praktik yang dipelajari. Pada pelaksanaannya, salah satu kegiatan praktikum di SMK Negeri 1 Kuningan terdapat beberapa siswa yang masih bertanya mengenai pemilihan alat dan bahan, serta langkah kerja saat praktikum sehingga membuat kondisi di laboratorium menjadi tidak kondusif dan tidak efektif, sebenarnya materi mengenai pembuatan VCO sudah diberikan kepada siswa dalam bentuk lembar kerja/jobsheet. Maka diharapkan media pembelajaran e-jobsheet ini dapat membantu siswa dalam meningkatkan keterampilan karena mudah diakses dan dipelajari kapan saja dan dimana saja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mengetahui kelayakan e-jobsheet sebagai pedoman praktikum pembuatan minyak kelapa murni (virgin coconut oil/VCO), 2) Mengetahui hasil keterampilan siswa menggunakan e-jobsheet 3) Mengetahui hasil keterampilan siswa menggunakan jobsheet berbentuk cetak, dan 4) Mengetahui ada/tidaknya perbedaan hasil keterampilan siswa yang menggunakan e-jobsheet dengan jobsheet berbentuk cetak. Pengembangan media pembelajaran e-jobsheet ini menggunakan model ADDIE dengan tahapan Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Penerapan e-jobsheet pada kegiatan praktikum dilakukan dengan desain quasi experimental–non equivalent control group design dengan aspek keterampilan sebagai faktor penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-jobsheet yang dikembangkan dinyatakan “Sangat Layak” oleh ahli materi, ahli media, ahli bahasa, dan siswa. Terdapat peningkatan keterampilan siswa pada kelas eksperimen berdasarkan hasil rata-rata keterampilan siswa dengan kategori “Sangat Baik” dan “Baik” pada kelas kontrol. Hasil pengujian hipotesis uji independent sample t-test diterima H1, dengan kesimpulan “Adanya perbedaan hasil keterampilan siswa yang signifikan antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen pada praktikum pembuatan minyak kelapa murni (virgin coconut oil/VCO)”. Practical activity is a means that aims to equip students to understand the theory and practice being studied. In practice, one of the practicum activities at SMK Negeri 1 Kuningan there are some students who are still asking about the selection of tools and materials, as well as work steps during the practicum so as to make the conditions in the laboratory unfavorable and ineffective, in fact the material about making VCO has been given to students in the form of a worksheet. It is hoped that this e-jobsheet learning media can help students improve their skills because they are easy to access and learn anytime and anywhere. The aims of this study were: 1) To find out the feasibility of e-jobsheets as a practical guide for making virgin coconut oil (VCO), 2) Knowing the results of students' skills using e-jobsheet, 3) Knowing the results of students' skills using printed jobsheet, and 4) Knowing whether or not there are differences in the results of students' skills using e-jobsheets with printed worksheets. The development of this e-jobsheet learning media uses the ADDIE model with the stages of Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The application of e-jobsheets in practical activities is carried out with a quasi-experimental design-non equivalent control group design with aspects of skills as research factors. The results showed that the developed e-jobsheet was declared "Very Appropriate" by material experts, media experts, linguists, and students. There is an increase in student skills in the experimental class based on the average results of students' skills in the "Very Good" and "Good" categories in the control class. The results of the independent sample t-test hypothesis testing were accepted by H1, with the conclusion "There is a significant difference in student skill results between the control class and the experimental class in the practice of making virgin coconut oil (VCO)".
