Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari setiap dimensi persepsi risiko terhadap keputusan berkunjung saat pandemi COVID-10 di Panghegar Waterboom Bandung. Penulis mengadaptasi dimensi persepsi risiko yang dikembangkan oleh Solomon (2010), yaitu risiko fisik, risiko kinerja, risiko psikologis, risiko finansial, risiko waktu dan risiko sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda yang dibantu oleh Software IBM Statistics 25 for windows dengan variabel persepsi risiko sebagai variabel independent dan keputusan berkunjung sebagai variabel dependen. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan teknik quota sampling dengan populasi yaitu pengunjung Panghegar Waterboom Bandung saat pandemi COVID-19 dengan sampel penelitian 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data secara online melalui media sosial Instagram dan chat personal contact. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi risiko fisik, kinerja, finansial, sosial secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, sedangkan persepsi risiko waktu memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, dan persepsi risiko psikologis tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung di Panghegar Waterboom Bandung saat pandemi COVID-19. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini mengharuskan pihak pengelola wisata meningkatkan pengawasan dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan secara ketat guna meminimalisir risiko yang mungkin terjadi. Kata Kunci: Persepsi Risiko, Keputusan Berkunjung, Pandemi Covid The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of each dimension of risk perception on the decision to visit during the COVID-19 pandemic at Panghegar Waterboom Bandung. The author adapts the dimensions of risk perception developed by Solomon (2010), kindly physical risk, performance risk, psychological risk, financial risk, time risk and social risk. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis assisted by IBM Statistics 25 Software for windows with perceived risk as the independent variable and the decision to visit as the dependent variable. This study uses a quota sampling technique with the population of Panghegar Waterboom Bandung visitors during the COVID-19 pandemic with a research sample of 100 respondents distributed online through social media , Instagram and personal contact chat. The results of this study indicate that the perception of physical risk, performance, financial, social partially positive and significant effect on the decision to visit, while the perception of time risk has a negative and significant effect on the decision to visit, and the perception of psychological risk has no significant effect on the decision to visit Panghegar Waterboom Bandung during the COVID-19 pandemic. The implications of the results of this study require that tourism managers increase supervision in the application of strict health protocols in order to minimize the risks that may occur.
