Abstract

ABSTRAK Perancangan Pusat Eco-Agrowisata dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa isu dan segala potensi yang ada. Salah satu permasalahannya yaitu kurangnya kebiasaan masyarakat perkotaan berhubungan secara langsung dengan hal-hal yang berbau alam karena lebih sering bersinggungan dengan hiruk pikuk perkotaan dan Gedung-gedung tinggi. Selain itu kurangnya minat generasi ke generasi terhadap sector pertanian, didukung dengan data bahwa aktivis pertanian memiliki tingkat pendidikan formal yang relative rendah. Masalah lain yaitu stigma terhadap bidang pertanian itu sendiri yang sudah mulai ditinggalkan, ironinya negara Indonesia ialah negara agraris. Oleh karena itu dengan berbagai isu di atas serta karena perlunya edukasi tentang pertanian menjadi alasan perancangan ini. Selain itu Bandung memiliki potensi sebagai tempat wisata yang mampu menarik pengunjung. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu melalui studi literatur dan studi lapangan hingga studi banding terkait perancangan. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu arsitektur ekologis. Pendekatan ini mendukung tujuan dan sasaran dari perancangan yang ingin mengembaliakn keseimbangan alam dengan segala hal di sekitarnya. Kata kunci: Agrowisata, Arsitektur Ekologis, Pertanian. ABSTRACT The design of the Eco-Agrotourism Center is motivated by several issues and all the potentials that exist. One of the problems is the lack of habits of urban communities that are directly related to things that smell natural because they are more often in contact with urban bustle and tall buildings. In addition, the lack of interest from generation to generation in the agricultural sector is supported by data that agricultural activists have a relatively low level of formal education. Another problem is the stigma against the agricultural sector itself which has begun to be abandoned, ironically, Indonesia is an agricultural country. Therefore, the various issues above and the need for education about agriculture are the reasons for this design. In addition, Bandung has the potential as a tourist place that is able to attract visitors. The method used is through literature studies and field studies to comparative studies related to design. The approach used is ecological architecture. This approach supports the goals and objectives of the design which wants to restore the balance of nature with everything around it.
