Abstract

ABSTRAK Produktivitas seorang guru dapat dilihat dari bagaimana keaktifan mereka dalam bekerja. Tentunya hal ini perlu didukung oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya keinginan dari diri dan dorongan dari seorang pimpinan. Secara umum tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh servant leadership dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru di SD Negeri Se-Kabupaten Purwakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah para guru di SD Negeri Se-Kabupaten Purwakarta di wilayah kota, pinggiran dan tengah kabupaten. Data penelitian dianalisa menggunakan bantuan software komputer program SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa, (1) Berdasarkan analisis statistik, nilai koefisien determinasi servant leadership terhadap produktivitas kerja sebesar r2 = 0,033 atau 3,3% hal ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi servant leadership belum menjadi faktor determinasi terhadap produktivitas kerja. (2) Analisis statistik telah menghasilkan pula nilai koefisien determinasi motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja sebesar r2 = 0,247 atau 24,7% hal ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi kerja telah menjadi faktor determinasi terhadap produktivitas kerja. (3) Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis ke tiga adalah servant leadership dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja guru. Hal ini dikarenakan pengaruh servant leadership dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja memiliki nilai koefisien determinasi r2 = 0,293 atau 29,3%. Artinya bahwa secara simultan servant leadership dan motivasi kerja merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Produktivitas kerja perlu dukungan dari motivasi internal guru itu sendiri dan juga peran kepala sekolah yang berdampak pada keberlangsungan kinerja guru sehingga mampu beradaptasi sesuai perkembangan zaman. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Melayani, Motivasi Kerja dan Produktivitas Kerja. ABSTRACT A teacher's productivity can be seen from how active they are in work. Of course, this needs to be supported by several factors, including the desire of the self and the encouragement of a leader. Secara general purpose of research to determinehowmuch influence servant leadership and work motivation on the work productivity of teachers in SD Negeri Se-Kabupaten Purwakarta. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. Respondents to this study were teachers at SD Negeri Se-Kabupaten Purwakarta in the city, suburbs and central districts. The research data was analyzed using the help of computer software spss 26 program. Hasil researchproves that, (1) Based on statistical analysis, the value of servant leadership coefficient of determination to work productivity of r2 = 0,033 or 3,3% this indicates that the implementation of servant leadership has not been a determining factor to work productivity. (2) Statistical analysis has also produced a coefficient of work motivation determination on work productivity of r2 = 0.247 or 24.7%this indicates that work motivation has become a determining factor to work productivity. (3) The result of the third hypothesis test is servant leadership and work motivation affects the work productivity of teachers. This is because the influence of servant leadership and work motivation on work productivity has a coefficient of determination value of r2 = 0.293 or 29.3%. This means that servant leadership and work motivation are simultaneously influential factors in improving work productivity. Work productivity needs support from the internal motivation of the teacher itself and also the role of the principal that impacts on the continuity of teacher performance so that it is able to adapt according to the development of the times. .
