    Abstract

    ABSTRAK
    Perencanaan dan perancangan Stasiun Berbasis Transit Oriented Development (TOD) di kawasan
    Bandung Teknopolis Menggunakan Pendekatan Sistem dengan Tema Arsitektur Futuristik, yang di latar
    belakangi oleh beberapa isu dengan segala potensi yang ada di kawasan tersebut. Salah satu
    permasalahannya yaitu terkait kepadatan penduduk (density) dan angkutan umum (transit) sehingga di
    khawatirkan memicu kemacetan di kawasan padat penduduk. Di sisi lain Bandung Teknopolis memiliki
    potensi sebagai tempat Transit Oriented Development (TOD) dengan penerapan tema Arsitektur futuristik
    di dukung Kawasan ini akan di Kembangan menjadi kawasan ekonomi berbasis Teknologi Informasi. Maka
    dari itu tujuan penulisan proposal untuk merencanakan dan merancangan kawasan stasiun Berbasis TOD
    di kawasan tersebut. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu melalui studi literatur dan studi lapangan hingga
    studi banding terkait perancangan. Pendekatan yang di gunakan yaitu pendekatan sistem dengan tema
    Arsitektur Futuristik. Halini selaras dengan tujuannya untuk membuat pengguna fasilitas transportasi public
    agar aktivitasnya lebih efektif dan efisien dengan sistem teknologi terbarukan. Hasil kajian menunjukan
    bahwa pendekatan sistem didukung oleh tema arsitektur futuristic dengan mengedepankan teknologi di era
    4.0 dan tujuan perancangan tersebut dapat selaras dan bekerja sama dengan baik.

    ABSTRACK
    Planning and designing of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) -based Stations in the Bandung area
    Teknopolis Using a Systems Approach with a Futuristic Architecture Theme, which is in the background by
    several issues with all the potential that exists in the area. One of the problems is population density
    (density) and public transportation (transit) so that there is a concern about trekking in densely populated
    areas. On the other hand, Bandung Teknopolis has the potential as a place for Transit Oriented
    Development (TOD) with the application of the theme of futuristic architecture supported by this area which
    will become an Information Technology-based economic area. Therefore the aim of the proposal area is to
    plan and design the TOD-based station area in the area. The method used is through literature studies and
    field studies to design comparative studies. The approach used is a systems approach with the theme of
    Futuristic Architecture. This is in line with the wise to make users of public transportation facilities more
    effective and efficient with renewable systems. The results of the study show that the system approach is
    supported by the theme of futuristic architecture by prioritizing technology in the 4.0 era and the design
    objectives can be aligned and work well together.
