Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam rangka memajukan industri pariwisata Indonesia, pemerintah Republik Indonesia khususnya pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat berfokus pada pengembangan industri pariwisata. Untuk mendukung rencana tersebut maka harus didukung dengan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana yang baik, salah satunya yaitu sarana akomodasi penginapan (Hotel Resort) karena ditargetkan akan ada kenaikan jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung setiap tahunnya. Tujuan dan maksud dari perencanaan Hotel Resort ini adalah untuk mewadahi jumlah kenaikan wisatawan yang akan menginap di Kabupaten Majalengka baik wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara sekaligus mendungkung rencana pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat dalam menciptangan destinasi wisata yang ramah lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini yaitu studi literatur yang didasarkan pada fakta yang ada dilapangan saat ini dengan dukungan analisis dan literatur. Diharapkan dengan menerapkan tema Arsitektur Neo-Vernakular Sunda dapat melestarikan kearifan lokal budaya setempat dan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan akomodasi penginapan karena akan adanya penambahan jumlah wisatawan ke Provinsi Jawa Barat khususnya daerah Majalengka. Kata kunci: Hotel Resort, Arsitektur Neo-Vernakular, Majalengka ABSTRACT To advance the Indonesian tourism industry, the government of the Republic of Indonesia, especially the government of west java province, focuses on developing the tourism industry. to support this plan, it must be supported by the provision of good facilities and infrastructure, one of which is accommodation facilities (hotel resort) because it is targeted that there will be an increase in the number of tourists visiting each year. the purpose and purpose of planning this resort hotel are to accommodate the increasing number of tourists who will stay in Majalengka Regency, both local and foreign tourists as well as supporting the west java provincial government's plan in creating environmentally friendly tourist destinations. the method used in this design is based on the existing facts in the field today with the support of analysis and literature. It is hoped that applying the theme of Sundanese neo-vernacular architecture can preserve the local wisdom of the local culture and be able to meet the needs of lodging accommodation because there will be an increase in the number of tourists to west java province, especially the Majalengka area.
