Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan yang cocok dilakukan sebagai upaya pemulihan pariwisata Desa Wisata Cempaka di masa kenormalan baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori dari Yoeti (1985) yaitu melihat dari sisi something to see, something to buy, dan something to do dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis konjoin yaitu teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menentukan tingkat kepentingan relatif suatu produk berdasarkan preferensi pelanggan atau wisatawan. Untuk mengetahui preferensi wisatawan terhadap atraksi wisata yang cocok dikembangkan di Desa Wisata Cempaka. Populasi penelitian adalah wisatawan domestik dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik random sampling. Uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Terdapat beberapa potensi wisata di Desa Wisata Cempaka, diantaranya Wisata Air Tuk Mudal, Bukit Bulak Cempaka, Bukit Sibrongkol, Pasar Slumpring, dan beberapa event tahunan yang diselenggarakan. 2) Hasil penelitian terhadap preferensi wisatawan terhadap atraksi wisata didapat bahwa indikator something to see (50,765%) menjadi yang paling dominan atau berpengaruh diantara indikator lainnya. Dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan korelasi Pearson’s R dan Kendall’s Tau menunjukkan korelasi yang kuat antara estimasi dengan aktual. 3) Berdasarkan preferensi wisatawan terhadap atraksi wisata Desa Wisata Cempaka di masa kenormalan baru, wisata yang dapat dikembangkan dan berpotensi untuk dikembangkan adalah wisata edukasi berupa permainan tradisional, pengenalan kearifan, tradisi, dan budaya. This study aims to analyze the development that is suitable to be carried out as an effort to restore tourism in Cempaka Tourism Village in the new normal. This study uses the theory of Yoeti (1985), which is seen from the side of something to see, something to buy, and something to do with a quantitative approach. The analysis is carried out using conjoint analysis, which is a data analysis technique used to find the relative importance of a product based on customer or tourist preferences. To find out tourist preferences for tourist attractions that are suitable to be developed in Cempaka Tourism Village. The research population is domestic tourists and the research sample is 100 respondents obtained using random sampling technique. Reliability test using the Alpha formula. The results showed: 1) there are several tourism potentials in Cempaka Tourism Village, including Wisata Air Tuk Mudal, Bukit Bulak Cempaka, Bukit Sibrongkol, Pasar Slumpring, and several annual events held. 2) The results of research on tourist preferences for tourist attractions found that the something to see indicator (50.765%) became the most dominant or influential among other indicators. And the results of the study show that the correlation between Pearson's R and Kendall's Tau shows a strong correlation between the estimate and the real. 3) Based on tourist preferences for tourist attractions in Cempaka Tourism Village in the new normal, tourism that can be developed and has the potential to be developed is educational tourism in the form of traditional games, introduction to wisdom, tradition, and culture.
