Abstract

Saat pandemi Covid-19 ini pembelajaran dialihkan menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh. Biasanya guru menyampaikan materi secara langsung didepan kelas, dikarenakan pembelajaran jarak jauh untuk sementara waktu guru TK IT Al-Faruqi harus menyampaikan materi secara online melalui platform whatsapp. pembelajaran jarak jauh membuat guru harus lebih kreatif dalam mengemas pembelajaran agar mudah dipahami anak dan menyenangkan bagi anak. Guru TK IT Al-Faruqi memutuskan menggunakan video pembelajaran sebagai media belajar dari rumah untuk menyampaikan materi dan mengembangkan aspek perkembangan anak salah satunya aspek kognitif. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perkembangan aspek kognitif anak selama pembelajaran jarak jauh menggunakan video pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Partisipan penelitian yaitu guru kelompok B1, 8 anak dan 8 orang tua anak kelompok B1. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan tes. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi, penyajian dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah penerapan video pembelajaran efektif untuk mengembangkan aspek kognitif anak selama pembelajaran jarak jauh. Guru melakukan perencanaan yang matang agar pelaksanaan PJJ dapat berlangsung dengan baik, konten video pembelajaran untuk mengembangkan aspek kognitif dirancang semenarik mungkin melalui langkah-langkah pembelajaran (kegiatan pembuka, inti dan penutup). Respon anak sangat baik dilihat dari antusiasme anak ketika menonton video pembelajaran. Video pembelajaran dapat mengembangkan aspek kognitif anak selama pembelajaran jarak jauh terbukti dari rata-rata skor tes kognitif 8 anak kelas B1 TK IT Al-Faruqi sebesar 93. Video pembelajaran harus dikemas sesuai kebutuhan anak agar anak tertarik untuk menonton video pembelajaran sehingga video pembelajaran dapat mengembangkan aspek kognitif anak selama PJJ. During the Covid-19 pandemic, learning was shifted to distance learning. Usually, the teacher delivers the material directly in front of the class, due to distance learning for a while the Al-Faruqi IT Kindergarten teacher must deliver the material online via the WhatsApp platform. Distance learning makes teachers have to be more creative in packaging learning so that it is easy for children to understand and fun for children. The Kindergarten IT teacher Al-Faruqi decided to use learning videos as a medium for learning from home to convey material and develop aspects of child development, one of which is the cognitive aspect. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of cognitive aspects of children during distance learning using learning videos. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. The research participants were teachers of group B1, 8 children, and 8 parents of children in group B1. Collecting data using interviews, questionnaires, and tests. Data analysis uses reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The result of this study is the application of effective learning videos to develop children's cognitive aspects during distance learning. The teacher does careful planning so that the implementation of distance learning can take place well, the video content of learning to develop cognitive aspects is designed as attractive as possible through learning steps (opening, core, and closing activities). The child's response was very good, seen from the enthusiasm of the child when watching the learning video. Learning videos can develop children's cognitive aspects during distance learning as evidenced by the average cognitive test score of 8 B1 TK IT Al-Faruqi graders of 93. Learning videos must be packaged according to children's needs so that children are interested in watching learning videos so that learning videos can develop cognitive aspects of children during distance learning.
