Abstract

Mahasiswa merupakan insan dan insani bangsa yang tentu nantinya akan terjun ke dunia bermasyarakat. Tak jarang pula dalam kehidupan bersosialisasi tentu seseorang akan membutuhkan orang lainnya untuk memudahkan suatu pekerjaan. Mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan nantinya akan terjun langsung dalam kehidupan dengan roda organisasi yang sistematis, dimana membutuhkan kerjasama tim yang baik pula untuk mencapai tujuan dari organisasi tersebut. Organisasi ini dapat berupa seperti sekolah maupun perusahaan lainnya. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kerjasama tim yang ada terhadap kinerja mahasiswa PTB pada mata kuliah Praktik Industri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, dimana untuk menjawab rumusan masalahnya peneliti menggunakan uji kecenderungan dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Instrument yang digunakan adalah berbentuk angket atau kuisioner dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan pada 89 mahasiswa angkatan 2016 dan 2017 Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Dokumentasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa nilai hasil akhir yang diperoleh mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan selama mengontrak mata kuliah Praktik Industri, nilai tersebut didapat dari dosen pengampu melalui applikasi Sistem Informasi Akademis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa kerjasama tim berada pada kategori cukup, kinerja mahasiswa PTB pada kategori sangat istimewa, dan kerjasama tim tidak berpengaruh pada kinerja mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan pada mata kuliah Praktik Industri. Students are human beings and people of the nation who will plunge into the world of society. In social life of course someone will need other people to facilitate a job. Building Engineering Education students will be directly involved in life with a systematic organizational wheel, which requires good teamwork to achieve the goals of the organization. This organization can be like a school or other company. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of existing teamwork on the performance of PTB students in the Industrial Practice course. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method, where to answer the problem formulation the researcher uses trend test and simple linear regression analysis. The instrument used was in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire and documentation conducted on 89 students from the 2016 and 2017 batches of the Building Engineering Education Study Program, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The documentation used in this study is the final result value obtained by building engineering education students during the contracting of Industrial Practice courses, the value is obtained from lecturers through the application of Academic Information Systems. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it was concluded that teamwork was in the sufficient category, the performance of PTB students was in the very special category, and teamwork had no effect on the performance of Building Engineering Education students in the Industrial Practice course.
