    Abstract

    Saat ini hampir semua kegiatan manusia modern menggunakan energi listrik
    sebagai sarana penunjang kebutuhan hidup, maka peningkatan kualitas pelayanan
    listrik harus terpenuhi secara optimal dan tingkat kualitas listriknya harus terjamin.
    Sering terjadinya gangguan mengakibatkan terjadinya pemadaman yang akan
    membuat kualitas pelayan menjadi kurang baik dan kerugian pun tidak dapat dihindari.
    Untuk mengetahui tingkat kualitas pelayanan perlu adanya evaluasi mengenai
    keandalan jaringan distribusi. Keandalan sistem tenaga listrik merupakan suatu ukuran
    tingkatan pelayanan sistem terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan energi listrik konsumen.
    Indikator untuk menilai keandalan suatu jaringan umumnya menggunakan indeks
    SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index), SAIFI (System Average
    Interruption Frequensi Index), dan CAIDI (Customer Average Interruption Frequency
    Index). Hasil yang di dapatkan pada penelitian adalah nilai SAIFI 11,813
    kali/pelanggan/tahun, SAIDI 10,437 jam/pelanggan/tahun dan nilai CAIDI 0,883
    jam/kali/tahun. Menurut standar SPLN 68 2-1986 untuk nilai SAIFI belum andal
    sementara nilai SAIDI dan CAIDI sudah andal. Faktor yang memperngaruhi nilai
    keandalan ULP Rancaekek Cabang Majalaya pada penyulang CINA adalah
    faktor eksternal dimana gangguan sering terjadi akibat faktor alam seperti terkena
    petir, pohon, burung, layangan, dan sebagainya. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut pihak
    terkait bisa menambah jadwal pemeliharaan jaringan listrik sebagai tindakan
    pencegahan terhadap faktor eksternal yang terjadi akibat pohon tumbang, layangan dan
    sebagainya.
    Currently, almost all modern human activities use electrical energy to support the
    needs of life. Therefore, the electricity service quality improvement must be fulfilled
    optimally and the electricity quality should be ensured. Frequent disruptions resulted
    in blackouts which leads to the service quality decrease and are unavoidable losses.
    To determine the service quality level, it is necessary to evaluate the reliability of the
    distribution network. The power system reliability is a measure of the service level
    system to achieve the consumer's electricity needs. In general, to assess the reliability
    of a power grid SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index), SAIFI (System
    Average Interruption Frequency Index), and CAIDI (Customer Average Interruption
    Frequency Index) are used. The results obtained in this study are the SAIFI of 11,813
    times/customer/year, the SAIDI 10.437 hours/customer/year and the CAIDI of 0.883
    hours/time/year. According to the SPLN 68 standard 2-1986, the SAIFI is unreliable,
    while the SAIDI and CAIDI are reliable. Factors that affect the reliability of ULP
    Rancaekek Majalaya Branch on CINA feeders are external factors which are
    disturbances that often occur due to natural factors such as a lightning attack, trees,
    birds, kites, etc. To overcome these, related parties can increase a schedule for power
    grid maintenance as a precaution against external factors that occur due to fallen
    trees, kites, etc.
