Abstract
Jaringan irigasi Cipuspa merupakan jaringan irigasi baru, yang dibangun pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi pada tahun 2012, daerah irigasi Cipuspa memiliki luas total daerah yang diairi 130 Ha. Dengan dibangunnya jaringan irigasi tersebut diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan air petani dan meningkatkan intensitas tanaman yang berpotensi khususnya tanaman padi, sehingga produktivitas hasil pangan dapat memenuhi harapan. Guna mempertahankan fungsi dari jaringan irigasi Cipuspa tersebut, agar berfungsi seperti yang diharapkan secara berkelanjutan, maka perlu adanya usaha untuk terus mempertahankan fungsi jaringan irigasi tersebut. Usaha tersebut meliputi operasi dan pemeliharaan jaringan irigasi yang tepat, sehingga Jaringan Irigasi Daerah irigasi Cipuspa tersebut dapat berfungsi secara optimal sebagaimana fungsi yang di rencanakan, yaitu dapat memenuhi kebutuhan air bagi petani di daerah tersebut. Kata kunci : Air, Operasi, Pemeliharaan, Irigasi, Rotasi, Optimal Cipuspa irrigation channel is a new irrigation system, which is built by the government of Sukabumi in 2012, the area irrigated Cipuspa has a total area of 130 ha irrigated area. With the construction of irrigation channels are expected to meet the water needs of farmers and crops that could potentially increase the intensity of rice in particular, so that the productivity of food crops to meet the expectations. In order to maintain the function of the Cipuspa irrigation channel, to function as expected in a sustainable manner, it is necessary to attempt to continue to maintain the function of the irrigation channel.
