Abstract

Secara umum konsumsi energi listrik di dunia mengalami peningkatan sejalan dengan petumbuhan ekonomi dan pola hidup manusia, khususnya dalam bidang industri perhotelan masih tinggi nilai penggunaannya sehingga melampaui standar nilai intensitas konsumsi energi (IKE). Dalam upaya penghematan energi (konservasi) agar berada distandar nilai IKE, suatu hotel perlu memperhatikan biaya operasional agar tetap proporsional dan ekonomis tanpa mengurangi kualitas dan kenyamanan layanan hotel. Oleh karena itu, perlu manajemen energi yang baik dan terintegrasi sehingga dapat mempermudah akses dan penggunaan energi secara efisien. Penelitian ini melakukan audit energi dengan menggunakan metode explorasi, studi dokumentasi dan konservasi energi. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa energi awal sebesar 79,56 kWH/m2 per tahun dan audit energi rinci sebesar 435,91 kWH/m2 per tahun melebihi standar, dengan nilai standarnya adalah 300 kWh/m2 per tahun sehingga hotel Novena berindikasi mengalami kerugian yang menyebabkan biaya operasional meningkat.pada hal ini manajemen energi yang kurang baik juga menjadi salah satu penyebab nilai IKE yang masih diatas nilai standar. In general, electricity consumption has increased, in line with economic growth and lifestyle, in the use of energy in Indonesia, especially in the hospitality industry, there are still some users who exceed the standard value of energy consumption intensity (IKE). Therefore, energy saving efforts are needed to be standardized ike value. Hotels need to pay attention to operational costs to remain proportionate, especially with regard to the cost of operating variables as economically as possible, but the quality and comfort of hotel services are still well guaranteed. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct an energy audit to find out what can be done in order to implement energy savings. Energy audits include several sections, namely a brief energy audit, an initial energy audit and a detailed energy audit. Good energy management is also needed and integrated with management leaders so as to facilitate access and efficient use of energy. This research was conducted using exploratory methods, literature studies and energy conservation. In this study, the results of the initial energy audit amounted to 79.56 KWH/m2 per years and a detailed energy audit of 435.91 KWH/m2 per year that still exceeded the standard, with the standard value being 300 KWH/m2 per year. Poor energy management is also one of the causes of IKE value that is still above the standard value.
