Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena kurangnya ketersediaan bahan ajar dalam memfasilitasi kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas SD khususnya pada materi IPS mengenai interaksi manusia dengan lingkungan alam. Bahan ajar ini dikembangkan melalui metode Design and Development (D&D) oleh Rickey and Klein (2017) dengan model ADDIE dengan 5 tahapan yaitu (1) Analisis, kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui permasalahan dan kekurangan bahan ajar yang sudah digunakan, (2) Desain, membuat rancangan dengan memperhatikan hasil analisis dan tahapan pembelajaran yang digunakan (Discovery Learning), (3) Pengembangan, proses membuat bahan ajar melalui aplikasi Canva, (4) Implementasi, bahan ajar ini diimplementasikan kepada siswa kelas 5 SD untuk menguji keterbacaan bahan ajar, (5) Evaluasi, proses perbaikan berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi, desain, bahasa, dan guru dalam menentukan kelayakan bahan ajar. Persentase hasil kelayakan dilakukan melalui penilaian para ahli yaitu ahli materi mendapatkan skor 87 dengan kategori skor sangat baik, ahli desain mendapatkan skor 62 dengan kategori baik, ahli bahasa mendapatkan skor 51 dengan kategori sangat baik, dan ahli pembelajaran (guru) mendapatkan skor 88 dengan kategori sanga baik. Berdasarkan skor yang diperoleh diakumulasikan kedalam persentase dan diperoleh 88% akan kelayakan bahan ajar dengan kategori sangat baik. Maka dari itu, berdasarkan penilaian tersebut bahan ajar dapat layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran materi interaksi manusia dengan lingkungan alam di kelas 5 Sekolah Dasar serta mampu memfasilitasi dalam kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. adapun dalam pengembangan ini, akan lebih baik bila diteliti lebih lanjut untuk membuktikan secara langsung(data) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. This research is motivated by the lack of availability of teaching materials in facilitating the creative thinking ability of elementary school students especially in social studies material regarding human interaction with the natural environment which is low. This teaching material was developed through the Design and Development (D&D) method by Rickey and Klein (2017) with the ADDIE model through 5 stages. namely (1) Analysis of this activity is carried out to find out the problems and shortcomings of teaching materials that have been used (2) Design makes a design by taking into account the results of the analysis and the learning stages used (Discovery Learning), (3) Development of the process of making teaching materials through the Canva application ( 4) Implementation, this teaching material is implemented to 5th grade elementary school students to test the readability of teaching materials (5) Evaluation of the improvement process based on the results of the validation of mathematical experts, language design and teachers in determining the feasibility of teaching materials. The percentage of material expert validation results is in the “very good” category with a percentage of 87%. Then the design expert is in the “good” category with a percentage of 62%. Then linguists in the category are “very good” with a percentage of 51%. While learning experts (teachers) in the category are “very good” with a percentage of 88%, and the results of the student questionnaires show positive responses to teaching materials. Therefore, these teaching materials are appropriate to be used for learning material on human interaction with the natural environment in grade 5 Elementary School and are able to facilitate creative thinking skills. As for this development, it would be better to examine further to prove (data) in developing students creative ability.
