Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis korelasi atau hubungan antara penggunaan self talk dengan efikasi diri mahasiswa UKM Hoki Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Mahasiswa UKM Hoki Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (Angkatan 2017 dan 2018). Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket Self talk dan Efikasi diri yang diolah berdasarkan skala Likert dengan bantuan program Microsoft Excel. Dilakukan uji korelasi Pearson dengan bantuan program SPSS Versi 25 untuk menganalisis hubungan atau korelasi antara penggunaan self talk dengan efikasi diri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara umum penggunaan metode self talk pada mahasiswa UKM Hoki UPI sangat baik dengan tingkat Efikasi diri yang baik. Keduanya memiliki korelasi dengan arah positif dengan tingkat korelasi kategori yang sedang. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan self talk efikasi diri saling berhubungan terhadap kemampuan Mahasiswa UKM Hoki Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to analyze the correlation between self talk and self efficacy of Student collage of UKM Hockey, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Descritptive method was utilized in this research. The participants of this research are student collage at UKM Hockey, Indonesian University of Education. The instrument used in this study comprised the quistionaire of self talk and self efficacy. Data of questionare were analyzed based on Likert scale with helps of the Microsoft Excel’s program. Correlation Pearson test with helps of SPSS Verse 25’s program was performed to analyze the correlation between between self talk and self efficacy. The result showed that in generally the used of self talk of student collage in student activity units of Hockey UPI is classified to very good category with self-efficacy level was good. Self talk and self-efficacy has a positive correlation with medium category. It can be concluded that the use of self-talk and self-efficacy is related to the ability of students collage of UKM Hockey, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.
