Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan perbedaan pengembangan life skills siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakulikuler futsal. populasi pada penelitian ini 30 orang siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakulikuler futsal, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 20 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling, yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok eksperimen diberikan perlakuan permainan futsal yang terintegrasi life skills sedangkan kelompok kontrol diberi perlakuan permainan futsal yang tidak terintegrasi life skills. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket life skills. Uji data penelitian menggunakan paired sample t-test dan independent sample t-test dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) Nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara sebelum perlakuan dan sesudah perlakuan pada kelompok yang diberikan perlakuan permainan futsal yang terintegrasi life skills. (2) Nilai sig 0,000 < 0,025 artinya terdapat perbedaan yang berarti antara kelompok eskperimen yang diberikan perlakuan permainan futsal yang terintegrasi life skills, dengan kelompok kontrol yang diberikan perlakuan permainan futsal yang tidak terintegrasi life skills. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen yang diberikan perlakuan permainan futsal yang terintegrasi dengan life skills. Karena dalam praktiknya siswa diberikan materi tentang life skills pada setiap pertemuan dan dilakukan secara berulang-ulang. This study aims to determine the effect and differences in the development of Life Skills of students who take part in futsal extracurriculars. The population in this study was 30 students who took part in futsal extracurriculars, the sample used was 20 students who were taken by purposive sampling technique, which were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was given a futsal game that was integrated with Life Skills, while the control group was given a futsal game that was not integrated with Life Skills. The instrument used is a Life Skills questionnaire. The research data test used paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results showed (1) sig value 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant effect between before and after treatment in the group with given the treatment of futsal game which is integrated with Life Skills. (2) The value of sig 0.000 < 0.025 means that there is a significant difference between the experimental group which was given the treatment of the futsal game which was integrated with Life Skills, and the control group which was given the treatment of the futsal game which was not integrated with the Life Skills. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant increase in the experimental group given the futsal game treatment which is integrated with Life Skills. Because in practice students are given material about Life Skills at each meeting and it is done repeatedly.
