Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi masyarakat dan menguji perbedaan motivasi masyarakat dalam olahraga bersepeda di car free day Kota Bandung. Sampel diambil sebanyak 90 orang yang datang ke car free day, menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket motivasi olahraga yang diadaptasi dari The Sport Motivation Scale ( SMS-28). Penghitungan statistik menggunakan SPSS dengan sub menu Compare Means dengan teknik One Way Anova. Motivasi berolahraga sepeda di car free day Dago dengan jumlah skor 1600 masuk dalam kriteria Baik, sedangkan di car free day Merdeka masuk dalam kriteria Sedang dengan jumlah skor 1546. Dan yang terakhir yaitu car free day Buah Batu dengan jumlah skor 1449 masuk dalam kriteria Rendah. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan (nyata) antara motivasi berolahraga bersepeda dari ketiga tempat tersebut. Dengan masing-masing perbedaan yaitu : Dago – Merdeka tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan, Dago – Buah Batu terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan, dan Merdeka - Buah Batu terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Olahraga Bersepeda, Car Free Day Abstract The purpose of this study is to describe the motivation of society and examine differences in people's motivation in sport car free day cycling in the city of Bandung. Samples taken as many as 90 people who came to the car free day, using simple random sampling technique. The data collection exercise motivation questionnaire using instruments adapted from The Sport Motivation Scale (SMS - 28). Counting statistics using the SPSS Compare Means submenu with One Way ANOVA technique. Motivation to exercise bikes in the car free day with a total score of 1600 Dago qualifies as good, while in the car free day in the criteria Merdeka Medium with total score of 1546. And the last one is car-free day with a total score of Buah Batu 1449 Low in the criteria. There are significant differences (real) between the motivation to exercise cycling of the third place. With each one difference, namely : Dago-Merdeka is not a significant difference, Dago-Buah Batu significant difference, and Merdeka-Buah Batu significant difference.
